The house is very comfortable (having air conditioning in every room is a real plus). The layout is well thought out — you can tell everything was designed with guests’ comfort in mind.We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces: meals on the terrace, relaxing in the shaded lounge areas, using the plancha and the outdoor fireplace-barbecue, and of course the mini pool, which can be heated to the temperature you want — perfect for unwinding.The neighborhood is also lovely: everything is within walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream), and the bikes provided are a great bonus.Our stay went exactly as we had imagined. We’re leaving relaxed and happy. You can book with total confidence.

Amazing location near to the beautiful beach, town, bars and restaurants. Delightful and helpful housekeeper met us on arrival and departure. Bikes are provided and we used these everyday on the safe cycle lanes. BUT, and this is a big BUT….. the listing and photos on VRBO.COM are very misleading. There is no hot tub, the pool is a tiny plunge pool approx 2m x 2.5m. There are numerous security cameras inside the house and not just looking outwards towards the gates, one watches you in the pool. No bed linen or towels are provided. This is not mentioned on the VRBO.COM listing but once you book you are linked to Arbitrel.fr. On my return to UK and before leaving a review I did contact the host to discuss my concerns which she acknowledged via an amicable e mail exchange. At the time of writing there are no other reviews so I hope my experience of this property will be helpful to future guests.

ear Karen, We’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. To clarify: – As stated in the VRBO listing, the security system is strictly external and connected to a professional remote surveillance service, intended solely to ensure the safety of the property and to prevent any intrusion. – Bed linen and towels are offered as an optional service, which is clearly indicated in both the VRBO listing and the rental agreement sent prior to arrival. – Similarly, the listing clearly mentions that the property features a heated mini spa pool at 37 °C all year round, designed as a peaceful and landscaped area for relaxation. Our house manager is always available on site to assist and respond to any request throughout the stay. We regret that these details, which are all clearly outlined in the listing, were not taken into consideration when booking. A careful reading might have helped avoid this misunderstanding.
