My wife Denise and I are from Colorado. Owning in Kailua-Kona has been a dream of ours for over 16 years, but I first came to Hawaii as a child when it was still a territory. I grew up mostly in the Philippine Islands as my dad was Army/Air Force and my mom is Filipina. Denise is originally from the Garden State of New Jersey. We met in college, married and went on to be life-long educators. I have been bringing family here since 2004 and we still find tremendous magic in this tropical paradise called Hawai'i. We hope you will consider our condo as part of your vacation journey to the Aloha land of Big Island Hawaii.

This Kona Reef property appealed to my wife and me for many reasons, but most of all: Location, Location, Location! Other condos advertise a small window of a distant ocean view and then tell you that ocean is a 5 minute drive away and the nearest sandy beach is 3.6 miles away.
