Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the home is just a few minutes from the Fishing Bay Yacht Club, Norview Marina, several popular restaurants, a grocery store, and the Deltaville shops. By water, the home is located on Sturgeon Creek at the mouth of the Rappahannock River, allowing guests to enjoy kayaking in the creek, fishing from the dock, or a short boat ride to the Chesapeake Bay.
