Spacious two-story waterfront condo completely renovated in 2020. The condo features two bedrooms (with a den that could serve as a third) and two and half bathrooms with two showers and a jacuzzi tub. The large well-furnished deck overlooks the Kalamazoo River, Tower Marina and Mt. Baldhead. A 40 foot boat slip is also available. The condo is a short walk to Downtown Douglas and a short drive or bike ride to Oval Beach, Downtown Saugatuck and Saugatuck Dunes State Park. The perfect spot for a family or couple to enjoy all that Saugatuck and Douglas have to offer.

Beautiful Place. Beautiful View.

This property is very nice ... clean, current and comfortable. Plus, the view is beautiful (being right on the water) and the proximity to various activities is a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was a dream place for our family vacation. The views of the water were stunning from the kitchen, living, and dining room and the patio furniture was an added bonus for soaking up the beautiful scenery. The location can’t be beat with the Woosah coffee shop, root beer barrel, and downtown Douglas right up the street. A quick 5 minute drive and you’re in downtown saugatuck (could definitely have walked or biked there but we had a baby). I would definitely recommend staying at this place if you’re planning on visiting the area.

Awesome spot with great views and everything you need

Can’t speak highly enough about the condo- location, cleanliness, convenience! The views of the harbor and lake are awesome and the surrounding area was beautiful. Would highly recommend for 2 couples or a family big or small.

Perfection!

We came for a girls getaway weekend, and this condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated, and everything we needed - from the Keurig to the super comfy furniture, the balcony, and the sunrise views. We’d stay again for sure!

Siblings Weekend

This condo is spacious, SPOTLESS, and beautifully decorated. The views are breathtaking. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Each bedroom has its own full bath en suite which is unlike any other place we’ve stayed. Great location for hiking and enjoying the water. This is absolutely a 10 out of 10!

Getaway with sis

Nice fresh, beautifully decorated condo with gorgeous view of lake and little marina. Deck outside was terrific , enjoyed it when sunny or raining, as it had a bit of cover from gentle rain. Convenient to Oval Beach and downtown Saugatuck. Downtown Douglas quite small but very quaint. Could walk to get coffee and doing little walks in area felt totally safe alone. FYI after Labor Day it is less crowded but lots of places closed. Many shops and restaurants not open or restrictive hours apparently due to staff shortages. This condo has a master upstairs, bed quite comfy and 4 twins in entry level bedroom. My sis said the twins which were built in bunks were kinda hard. I suspect a child would not know the difference though.

September in Douglas

We had a delightful four days at this condo in Douglas. The condo is wonderful, extremely clean and comfortable. It has a great view of the harbor and marina. The location is perfect for going to Oval beach and for dining in Saugatuck. We will be going back there.

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

Condo was clean and nicely furnished/decorated. Great waterfront location overlooking marina and Kalamazoo Lake/River, with nice views from inside and on balcony. Only 5 minutes to downtown Saugatuk, Mt Baldhead and Oval Beach. Perfect location. Easy communication with owner. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Late summer getaway

Our experience in Douglas was second to none! The property was everything we hoped for and just a stones throw away from the beach, great dinning & a wonderful pair of towns in general. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect for our family’s short stay. Our kids enjoyed the water views, the bunk beds and their own tv area. Condo was very clean and met all of our requirements for a relaxing stay. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen had everything you might need. Beautifully decorated and in short driving distance to Saugatuck.

Beautiful views from gorgeous condo

This is a surprisingly large condo with a relaxing water view and perfectly decorated. We had fun relaxing in all the cozy spaces and it's so close to Douglas and Saugatuck. Owner is very responsive and sweet.

The condominium is very well decorated. The sun bathed living room is delightful. Location is very convenient and close to both saugatuck and Douglas downtown. Communication with Becca was quick and easy.

Perfect stay!

Becky's place is even better than the pictures. The place was spotless, and the view cannot be beat! Everything felt new and updated as advertised. The location is superb for accessing downtown Saugatuck and surrounding areas. Parking, entry, and communication were all a breeze, and we really appreciated Becky's flexibility with check in/check out. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

Beautiful condo on the water!

Me and my girlfriends of 20+ years got together and stayed at this beautiful condo for the weekend. Becky (owner) was amazing to work with - very responsive and let us check in early and stay later. The photos don't do this place justice! It is very clean, updated, modern and has beautiful decor. It's not a large condo, but accommodated all of us and was very comfortable. The location is fantastic - beautiful views of the water and harbor. It's close to everything - restaurants, Oval Beach, Mt. Baldhead, stores etc. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitly be back!

Lovely setting, lovely stay

We came for a long weekend, fall getaway. It was so nice to wake up, seeing the water every day. The condo was remodeled recently with great style. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our little one enjoyed the playground just steps away, and we all had lots of fun exploring the area. The owner was great with communication, and we would happily return!

Perfect family vacation

Great accommodation layout for a family, the kids loved their ‘suite’. Light and airy living space with lovely views. Very well equipped. Playground just outside. 10 minute easy cycle into saugatuck with a selection of restaurants cafes and shops.

Updated condo with amazing views

Our family had an incredible long weekend in Saugatuck, only made better by our stylish and comfortable condo overlooking the harbor. The location is a 5 min drive to downtown and is the perfect spot on the water. Highly recommend and we cannot wait time for a return trip!
