This is a great place for family or friends to gather with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, overlooking harbor and easy walk to restaurants and shops.
This art filled home features hardwood floors, exposed brick, tons of windows facing harbor & main street. All custom tile baths with granite or marble counters. This home spans city block from Water Street to Butler Street.
Custom Chef's kitchen with granite counters, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, Viking induction stove, Miele dishwasher - all deluxe finishes in prime location. Great place for family or group of couples. In the heart of the Saugatuck festivities. Features outdoor deck overlooking the harbor with grill and a porch overlooking Butler Street. Private and cheerful with windows in all directions.Harbor view and just steps to restaurants and entertainment. All bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 kings and 2 XL twins which can combine for King bed. Please notify which you prefer with reservation.

1. Master bedroom with custom tile bath, granite double sink vanity and walk in shower - lots of exposed brick
2. King bedroom with attached bath with walk in shower and bead board walls
3. King bedroom but we can switch to 2 Twin beds with advance notice. The attached bath with marble vanity and extra wide tub shower and custom tile. This room has a porch with chairs for enjoying water or town views.
The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor and has walk in shower, 10 foot ceilings, cork floors and lounge seating area with TV.

Dog may be OK. Pre-approval required- inquire with owner. Dog must sleep on a dog bed or in a dog crate and not permitted in beds nor on furniture. See contract.


If you need more space, there is another Mother-in-law suite (VRBO.com/410920) with separate entrance on the side of property slightly above ground floor that can sometimes be added as a 5th bedroom(VRBO.com/444711).

This house is amazing! The house is decorated with beautiful art in every room. The location is ideal as it's within walking distance to dining and shops. Terrific stay in downtown Saugatuck!

Awesome property, very clean, well stocked with everything you could need and the perfect location to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor and within walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants. Marta was a fantastic host providing excellent communication prior to arrival, including many restaurant recommendations and then a lovely welcome basket of treats upon arrival including wine, cheese and chocolates! Will definitely stay at this property in the future. To top it all off this is a super cool building!!

Absolutely wonderful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Saugatuck. Marta's hospitality and warmth shows in every inch of the property. It is beautiful and was so very well stocked for all of our needs--including delicious snacks and wine awaiting us upon arrival. Marta was kind enough to let us know that we could check in early, which we really appreciated. Just a great experience all around!
