About this property

Luxury rental in the heart of Fredricksburg minutes from Main Street.

Located on a quiet street about a two minute drive to Main Street. Newer 1,300 sf home has fully equipped kitchen & bar area with all the tools you need. There’s a gas fireplace in the living room with comfy seating & TV. Fubo, Netflix, Hulu & Wifi provided. Fubo has most major sporting events! Check their site for specific game info. Smart TVs in living and bedrooms.

Enjoy 2 beautiful bedrooms with king beds & TVs. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom with shower. The second shared bathroom has a shower. Memory foam toppers and nice linens will allow for a restful nights sleep. Both showers have a detachable shower wand. We have a Queen sleeper sofa available in the living area that’s ideal for two kids, teens or one adult. We also have a pack n play and in seat high chair available for little ones.

Make a cocktail at the bar or open a bottle of wine to enjoy on the patio, around the fire pit or creek that runs through the backyard! Have a cup of coffee on the porch swing in the morning. We have a wonderful fully stocked coffee bar. All kinds of coffee, Harney and Sons fine teas and cocoa for your enjoyment. If you plan to cook we have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal! The pantry is loaded with spices, baking basics, oils and other items you might need.

If you don’t want to cook maybe you can enjoy a take out meal at the large 8 person outdoor dining table. Afterwards play one of the many games from the indoor or outdoor game closets! Finish off your evening chilling out in the brand new luxury hot tub in the back yard or sitting around the fire pit. We think you’ll love our little getaway and Fredericksburg as much as we do!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The coffee bar fully stocked with every coffee, syrup and topping you could ever wish for was definitely an unexpected surprise. We loved using the hot tub and the fire pit! We even got to see some wildlife: deer, a fox, and some neighborhood kitties. Our girls' weekend was made complete by getting ready to go to wineries and listening to an assortment of vinyl records (Beatles, Pat Green, Lyle Lovett were our favs)!! This is a COZY, beautiful and WELL-STOCKED vrbo. 10/10 recommend for families and girl's trips. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Fredericksburg.

My wife and I stayed here with her cousin and his girlfriend for a couples' weekend getaway, and we couldn't have picked a better place. While my wife and I had been to Fredericksburg before, it was the other couple's first visit, so naturally we wanted to make sure we showed them a great time. Thankfully, we found this property—it was absolutely perfect for the four of us!The outside was adorable and full of charm, and the inside was just as inviting—extremely clean, cozy, and cute as could be. One of our favorite memories was spending the evenings in the living room, playing records, drinking wine we'd picked up during the day, and simply enjoying good conversation together. It was exactly the kind of relaxing atmosphere you hope for on a weekend getaway.The outdoor hot tub was another highlight, especially at night. With all the lights turned off and nothing but the stars overhead, it was incredibly peaceful and cozy. The property was also filled with cardinals and hummingbirds in the mornings and evenings, which was such a fun and beautiful sight to see.One of the things I appreciated most, especially when traveling as two couples, was the bedroom layout. Both bedrooms had king-size beds and were generously separated from one another, giving each couple plenty of privacy and a genuine sense of having their own secluded space at night. That's a detail that can make a huge difference on a couples' trip, and this property handled it perfectly.Definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway
