I love this location. I do hope the construction on the property gets done in a timely manner. Had a wonderful time. I love the unit, and the close proximity to all my favorite places. I hope to return.

Nice location

The property was fine and clean. They list 2 pools but only 1 was working. The other one looks like the job has been abandoned. In the apartment the dishwasher was not locked in place so you had to be careful when you open it to fill it. Also a fan/light in the living room would be nice.

Disappointing property

It was disappointing to arrive and see no balcony that I was hoping to work from. I know the owners are as frustrated with construction as renters are, but some notice would have been considerate of the owner prior to check in. When you book a condo in July and the balcony/deck is under construction you would expect it to be done by Jan. The grounds are not well kept and many thing in the complex are broke like the gates, etc. The condo itself was average something you find at beach. Nice bedroom and having laundry a plus. The property manager was responsive as the HVAC did not work on arrival. It was fixed quickly. The complex does have great pools. Overall disappointing property for the price.

No having a porch is displayed everywhere in the websites, we have been under construction for the past year and a half due to safety concerns raised by our HOA regarding the condition of the porches. As an alternative, we now have Juliet balconies installed instead which provide a similar viewing experience without compromising on resident security., Pools are working great! The condominium unit itself boasts numerous desirable features including comfortable beds, modern TVs, reliable appliances as well as air-conditioning systems that may occasionally malfunction but typically do not require extensive repairs when addressed promptly like we did recently during your stay here making it excellent value despite its relatively low cost listing price compared with comparable properties across different platforms online especially considering how much attention has gone into maintaining common areas. Given all these positive aspects mentioned above however I was still very disappointed reading through your review where none them seemed take centre stage Instead issues related mostly cosmetic appearance dominated discussion. Still would appreciate more balance in future assessments because this place really does offer lots of great things to prospective renters that should know about before making decision.

This condo was wonderful. Newly decorated and comfortable. Loved the nearness of the beach and pool. The residents and other visitors to the property were pleasant and fun to talk to. Booked again for next year.

Wonderful Condo

Our stay at this condo was excellent! The place was extremely clean, and furnished very well. The technology(wifi, tv, etc) within the condo was very modern. Which both my wife and I really enjoyed being that we work from home by day. The location was perfect, just out of the hustle and bustle enough(spring breakers), but easy enough to get to the action. If you are looking for a quiet stay for an extended period of time, this is the place! Maria the host is very accommodating as well. Everything from the key cards, parking passes, access to wifi, access to your room, all were provided and worked as they should. Which made it feel even more like your own home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an extended stay near a beach town.

Sweet Getaway Home away from Home

We enjoyed our stay and this beautiful home decor . The sofa in living room was comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen had all we needed and the laundry in bathroom was a plus. Communication with Nice always attentive.
