Thank you very much for your kind feedback, Carmen. We are delighted to hear that everything was great and that you enjoyed your stay. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for staying with us. We are delighted to hear that the home exceeded your expectations and that you appreciated the décor and all the little details. Regarding the bikes and kayaks, we would just like to clarify that, for insurance reasons, we unfortunately do not provide these items at the home. Had we known you were looking for them, we would of course have been happy to recommend local rental options, including companies that deliver bikes and kayaks directly to the house. Thank you again for your kind words. We truly enjoyed hosting you and would be delighted to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you, Rachel, for choosing us and for the incredible 5-star rating. Your feedback motivates us to keep raising the bar and sets the standard for excellence in everything we do. It is wonderful to know you are planning to return, and we would love to welcome you back anytime! Looking forward to hosting you again soon.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful experience. Your words truly made our day! It is great for us to hear that the long pool, the layout with the two master suites, and the boat dock made your stay so enjoyable. It sounds like your group made full use of everything the house and the surrounding nature have to offer — from relaxing swims to exciting fishing adventures and peaceful wildlife. Last but To top it all off, the dolphins and manatees you spotted brought a smile to our faces. These are exactly the kind of moment we love to see our guests experiencing. We would love to have you back anytime – just keep an eye on our calendar, as dates tend to fill up fast!

Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing our home for more than 4 weeks. We’re delighted you enjoyed the wildlife from our dock—seeing dolphins and manatees is always special! We’re also glad our property manager took great care of you. Regarding electricity, we strive for transparency. In winter, typical usage is 60–70 kWh/day without pool heating and around 100 kWh/day with heating, depending on guest numbers. If anything seems off, we encourage guests to inform our property manager so we can address it. We also provide details in our T&Cs, on our website, and in pre-arrival information. We are pleased to hear that not having access to the garage was not an issue, being aware of it as this is something we communicate in our listings. We truly appreciate your kind words and five-star rating. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back to Caribbean Island Dolphin View in the future!

Hello Laura, Thanks for your detailed feedback. We are glad you enjoyed also your second stay and sharing your impressions. We do everything to have pleased and respectful guests like you! Looking forward to having you back! Juergen and Heidi

Thank you for your kind words and for highlighting the comfort of the home and the wonderful wildlife experiences. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to welcome you again anytime.

We are ver ysorry that you missed all information provided on the website about the bedding situation. The property manager took action immediately like you explain and got someone to repair the spa. Noone could be ordered for a repair without being informed that the spa was not working. Too sad that you give us such a review for this outstanding house and prompt service on site after having been informed. According to the pool service and also your wording in the review - the spa worked properly. The pool service esplaned it to you again, after the property manager did that already during check in - it was not any failure of the spa.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback on your stay at Caribbean Island Dolphin View. We are delighted that you enjoyed the spacious layout, the well-appointed kitchen, and the peaceful location. It is great to hear that the pool, lanai, and dock area provided the perfect setting for relaxation. These features are, along with our 5-zone air conditioning—which allows guests to set their preferred temperature individually in each room for a restful night’s sleep—some of the many features most frequently highlighted by our guests. We always strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, so it is fantastic to know that everything met your expectations. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are extremely grateful that you have already decided during your stay to return next year. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you, Marc, for your review. We are glad you were impressed and loved our Caribbean Island Dolphin View. Thanks for pointing out the advantages of the location and the option to watch the wildlife in and at or above our wide canal. We apologize that the spa could not be fixed as after Covid you can barely get any parts within 5 weekdays. Luckily there was no impact on the pool temperature and you could enjoy the huge pool! Thanks for having you! All the best Heidi and Juergen
