On the 3rd floor of the recent ATRIA residence -Crozats district-, large 2-room apartment of 50m2 comprising: a comfortable entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and access to a large terrace, a large bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom with bath and shower.
Rented for up to 5 people with ski locker equipped with boot dryer.
South-West exposure, beautiful view of the mountains and the resort, proximity to the centre of the resort.

The little extras: laundry room in the residence, ski shop at the foot of the building, shops nearby (access facilitated by a public escalator in front of the residence), proximity to the starting point of the ESF ski lessons (plateau), provision of a sledge for children.

End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and at an additional cost.

Important details:

ARRIVAL / KEY:
The key can be collected from the Avoriaz Holidays- La Centrale Locative concierge (during opening hours) or from the resort reception at the unloading docks (outside the concierge service's hours).
In winter, it is recommended to take a snowcat or sleigh to get to the apartment.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
We do not have a luggage storage service.
Luggage storage is provided by the resort of Avoriaz but only on Saturdays. Please enquire at the reception of the resort.

LINEN:
Bed linen is provided but beds are not made on arrival unless specifically requested for an additional fee.
Towels are available at an additional cost and on request at least 96 hours before arrival.

DEPARTURE / KEY:
Upon departure, the key must be handed over to the concierge (Avoriaz Holidays). Outside opening hours, the key must be left in the concierge postbox (at the front door).
