Condo is within walking distance to Ferry Avenue public park and beach, and the public boat launch on beautiful Lake Charlevoix is just around the corner. Just minutes away, Downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan provide plenty of shopping, dining, hiking and bike trails, beaches, and sightseeing. Condo has one assigned covered parking spot, with extra parking along the side of the buildings and ample space to park a trailer. There is a nearby grocery store for any items you may have left at home!
Please Note: This is a second floor unit. There is one flight of stairs with an open staircase.
