Castle Farms is just a 6-minute drive, and the surrounding area offers year-round activities including nearby Petoskey, multiple ski resorts, sledding hills and ice-skating rinks.
This home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen, and a large, fully fenced backyard. Additional amenities include Roku-smart tv, and WiFi, spacious driveway with room for a boat and trailer.
