Lovely comfortable, clean, space with great views. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Can even walk into town if so inclined. Small beach nearby for easy water access. Great overall. Would recommend and would stay there again.

LOVED this Condo! The view took my breathe away - loved time on the deck with my book and coffee. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed, beds were cozy, and we were so close to town. Would most def come back. Oh- the pool was great too for my 13 and 16 year olds.

Great property for Up North trip

The Boathouse was perfect for our Up North trip. Clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Quiet complex, walking distance to Charlevoix.

Beautiful views

Our stay was amazing. The host was very nice and accommodating. The condo was very clean and the view was stunning. They gave great recommendations on things to do, places to eat and many other things! If you are attending a wedding at Castle Farms it is a short 5 minute drive, which was perfect! Definitely will be staying again!

Cozy & Comfy by the Lake

Well appointed condo on Lake Charlevoix. Extended use of the boat club amenities a real plus. Close to everything. Owner very responsive and helpful.with local favorites.

Relaxing at it's best!

We enjoyed staying at the boat house. The large table worked well for eating meals, playing board games and doing some art projects. The deck overlooking the harbor was my favorite place to relax and read a book. We loved the city of Charlevoix, from the shops, to the restaurants to the Lake Michigan - it has it all!

Weekend Wedding trip to Charlevoix

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. The owners really show kindness and attention to detail. From the initial booking to the checkout process it all went smooth. Very clean and well maintained. All the details for how to get there and the process to get in the unit were very well explained in advance. The condo was better than expected and well stocked with all of the essentials that we needed. The view off the balcony was to die for and I couldn’t stop taking photos from that vantage point. You can not go wrong with this rental. Michelle will take care of you.

Ski trip

The apartment is great but don't plan on washing your hair or cooking. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, basically a trickle. And the cooktop won't get hot enough to boil water. We rinsed off and ate out! The location is great for skiing.

Simply fabulous!

What wonderful hosts in sharing their fabulous place! Right on the water with amazing views. Michelle was so kind to have available the use of a pack and play as well as a high chair! Makes for an easier get ready. The condo had all the nice touches and available amenities- beach towels, beach bag, bath products, kitchen supplies and many more. As we ran into the hosts in the hallway, they were so friendly and kind. All of their recommendations were so helpful and spot on as they became some of our favorites too. We never had to turn on the a/c as the breeze was great all day and night. The pool was perfect and we found the condo community very friendly and respectful. Thank you for allowing us to experience your delightful home with special touches and a very clean environment. Already looking at next year for a return visit!!

Great place, beautiful views!

We had the best time. There were four of us. Some areas were tight, but not a problem. Comfortable surroundings. Everything you need. We met the owners and they are the best people. So friendly and ready to do whatever you need. The area is wonderful. We would definitely go back here again.

Pool, Lake, Lake = Happy Family of 4

Wonderful week up north! We swam in the pool, Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan every day. Beautiful view from the condo. Walked to the park and downtown Charlevoix. Hope to return next year.

This is a perfect spot!

My husband and I stayed at Boat House II as a short trip to the Michigan for our Fall trip. This was a PERFECT spot! We loved the area and the house! We will definitely go back! The only down side was the that the hot water for showers didn’t last long enough for back to back showers. Michelle and Thad we very helpful and responded to us quickly, especially when my husband locked us out on the balcony! Don’t hesitate to book Boat House II!

Great place

Wonder condo with a premium location. Can't beat the view and access to the pool. A short walk or drive to downtown Charlevoix without having to cross the bridge. Owners are responsive and accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay.

Great condo with a amazing lake view

We went in early April. It was very peaceful. Great balcony for morning coffee! Condo had great space with a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Location is really close to the downtown area. Highly recommend

We live in mid Michigan area with our seven and four year old children. We spent years searching for the perfect vacation home in Northwestern Michigan area. Loving the City of Charlevoix and its convenient location, we purchased our condo 'Boat House' spring of 2013 and "Boat House II" summer 2016. We spend our summer days boating around Lake Charlevoix and to Petoskey, Bay Harbor and Traverse City. The winter months are spent skiing Boyne Highlands, Boyne Mountain, and Mt McSuba.

Why they chose this property

We were sold after stepping into the condo and seeing the breath taking views along with available boat slips out our front door, a heated pool, Ferry beach next door, short walking or boating distance to downtown. Also nicely located between Traverse City, Petoskey, Boyne City, Bay Harbor. Boyne highlands, Knobs knob, and Boyne mountain are within a 40 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

Heated swimming pool, boat slips available for rent at Northwest Marina. Clubhouse with shower facilities and washer/dryers. Walking distance to town and only minutes to Petoskey, Harbor Springs or Boyne City. Over 15 championship golf courses within 25 miles of our condo.
