Host could not be nicer! Checked in with us on our arrival to see if we had any questions or concerns. Responds immediately. The home is beautiful, exceeded our expectations. Location is in a nice neighborhood, corner lot, wide open picture window faces west so gorgeous sunsets, view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Very private patio, pool and hot tub. Loved it!! Will be back!

3000 Sombrero rental

Master suite was great, 2 other bedrooms & bath if kids or guests come. kitchen well equipped, appliances great. Dining room seats 6 right off kitchen. Living room furniture a bit stiff. Back porch very user friendly, pool, hot tub, furniture & large umbrella so nice, outside area very private. Garage/laundry area good. Driveway too steep for our truck, parked on side of house. Landscaping nice, mature. Owner is very pleasant, easy to contact, sorted out any problems we encountered quickly. Very few issues!

Hike Havasu

Of course we were hoping for warmer weather, but we made use of the hot tub vs the pool. Spent two days hiking when the sun was shining. The property was clean & inviting. The kitchen was well equipped (the only thing we didn’t have that was needed was a rubber spatula). We definitely needed more patio lounge chairs. Only two of the 4 were functional & the wood chairs look great, but aren’t for comfortable seating. It would also be great if beach chairs & a small cooler were available to the renters as they go out to explore . The kitchen counter stools are “ bar height “ vs “counter height” which makes it not comfortable to sit & eat at the counter unless you have small children. A few suggestions: definitely need more hangers & the queen bed room could use a dresser or a couple closet drawers to help with unpacking. Both the neighbors were very nice & we took our leftover food items so they weren’t wasted. Beds are comfortable!! Appreciated the amenities very much!

House was very pretty and clean, just as represented in online posting.

Would definitely rent again! Accommodations were great. Great neighborhood with private pool area. Had everything we needed to make our stay affordable and enjoyable. Wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool, but the hot tub was awesome. Property manager very professional and responsive. Looking forward to our next vacation!

Nicely appointed House

The interior of the house was actually larger and better laid out than the pictures. 2 bedrooms on one side of house and master on other. The beds weren't bad but a little soft for our liking. The backyard was pretty but not quite as private as the pictures indicated. The weather was not warm enough for us to enjoy the pool; so we were really looking forward to using the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub had mechanical issues. THE owner however, did get someone over to fix; but still bigger issues and it didn't stay fixed. The great thing is that owner offered discount on the days hot tub did not work; which we appreciated. Now as far as location; it is not near resort central and in a what I would call a residential neighborhood and not near the lake. So if you are looking for resort central this not the house; but if looking for quiet neighborhood this would great.
