This spacious first floor, 2/2 condo offers unobstructed water views to watch dolphins and magnificent sunsets. 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, Waterside at Coquina Key offers wonderful amenities including yacht club style clubhouse, fishing pier, fitness center, two pools, heated Jacuzzi, heated pool, dog park, tennis, volleyball, kayak launch and more.
Our unit is fully stocked with cookware, linens, china and flatware. Rugs and bedcovers are new as is the wall paint.
Enjoy grilling, dining, cocktails or sunning on our patio only feet from the seawall and open water. Fish from our seawall right in front of the unit or other locations on property including the clubhouse pier.
Cable TV and wireless internet are included.
