Located in the quiet and preserved vegetation neighborhood of University Park Country Club. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Large private new lanai, with BBQ area. Great views of pond and wildlife out back. Fully and nicely furnished. Separate dining area. Large 2 car garage. University Park CC golf - 27 holes. Tennis courts, club house, restaurants on site (walking distance from house).

Fifteen minutes from Bradenton-Sarasota international airport. 45 minutes to TPA. 15 minutes to Sarasota downtown. Thirty minutes from Anna Maria Island and Siesta key beaches. Two hours from Disney World, Epcot and Magic Kingdom.

The location is great, close to various beaches, inside a golf club with great amenities. The family enjoyed the place very much, kids loved the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend the place!

The house was beautiful, everything was perfect, pool was great, used the kitchen and bbq every day, no issues. The neighbors are very friendly, its a beautiful neighborhood, everyone is super friendly. Loved it and would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at University Park was everything we were looking for! The neighborhood is perfect for dog walking with very friendly neighbors , well maintained properties and the home is conveniently located. The home is spacious , nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. Fritz was a pleasure to deal with!

Wonderful home!

We loved our month long stay at this house in University Park Country Club. The home was perfect for an extended stay - the beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, a good amount of linens and beach/pool toys for the kids. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again next year!

Fantastic home away from home

Our family has such a wonderful stay (12 year old and 7 year old). The house was so beautiful, the pool was big and comfortable, and the location close to everything (beach, airport, shopping, arts and culture). Fritz was so easy to talk to; he was immediately responsive via text or phone. I can’t think of one thing that we needed that the residence did not provide. We hope to return!

Sarasota Ballet Summer Intensive

Very well maintained home in gated community in beautiful setting and natural landscape and surroundings. My wife and daughter felt very comfortable and safe for their summer staycation. Fritz, the owner, was very well organized, proactive and responsive at all times. We would certainly return if another opportunity presented itself and recommend it highly.

UP experience

The house is beautiful and has a wonderful layout. It is furnished very nicely and the bed linens are fabulous. The pool and spa were a pleasure. It is conveniently located within University Park with easy access to all amenities. The owner was nice to work with and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental property that is very special.

The property is in great condition and we are making improvements as well. It only rents occasionally! We have family members within 30 minutes and a property manager for any/all assistance.
The tree lined street and canopy trees make it very quaint. Water views and shade.

Walking distance to University Park CC!

Fully furnished in every way.

Semi Private Club with 27 Holes of golf and 15+ tennis courts. Full restaurant and bar as well.
