Great views of pond and wildlife out back. Fully and nicely furnished. Separate dining area. Large 2 car garage. University Park CC golf - 27 holes. Tennis courts, club house, restaurants on site (walking distance from house).

Fifteen minutes from Bradenton-Sarasota international airport. 45 minutes to TPA. 15 minutes to Sarasota downtown. Thirty minutes from Anna Maria Island and Siesta key beaches. Two hours from Disney World, Epcot and Magic Kingdom.

The property is in great condition and we are making improvements as well. It only rents occasionally! We have family members within 30 minutes and a property manager for any/all assistance.
The tree lined street and canopy trees make it very quaint. Water views and shade.
