Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room (wood stove) with fitted kitchen, separate lounge, bathroom (walk-in shower) separate wc. Upstairs: landing leading to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) and (2 beds 90x190), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Sheltered terrace of 27 m² in the gable, landscaped land of 200 m². In the countryside, but just 1.5 km from the center of Plouaret, Nathalie and Jean-René welcome you all year round in the family house which they have just renovated, providing the necessary comfort for you to have a pleasant stay. Spacious, bright, you will have 2 complete sanitary facilities: ideal when traveling with friends! you will enjoy having your meals on the sheltered terrace and relaxing in the shaded garden ... just right. The children will be delighted to see the small regional train pass at the back of the house (5 to 6 passages per day: a little furtive animation that will be expected). 12 km from Lannion and its pretty historic town center, 13.5 km from the large beach of Lieue de Grèves in Plestin Les Grèves, 28 km from Perros-Guirec and its beautiful family beaches in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose and 26 km from the Radôme de Pleumeur Bodou and its Gallic Village (not to be missed activities with children). Welcome to Ker Diskuizh, in the countryside, but at the gates of the Pink Granite Coast. Nathalie and Jean-René, the owners who live on site, look forward to seeing you and will provide good advice during your stay.
