Très bel appartement avec top localisation

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce bel appartement idéalement situé près du port. Rien à redire et surtout parfaitement géré par l'équipe pour ce qui est de l'arrivée et départ

Un logement situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, très bien équipé, agréable et fonctionnel. Situé à quelques pas du port et de la plage. La professionnelle en charge de la gestion immobilière une petite tout à fait agréable et disponible.

Bel appartement lumineux, très bien équipé. Notre séjour s'est déroulé dans le calme, aucun bruit de voisinage. L'appartement est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied dans Royan, courses au marché central, commerces à proximité, plages à 2 ou 5 minutes. Le stationnement en bas de l'appartement est en zone bleue, mais il y a des places de stationnement libres à 50 mètres.
