You will be located in the famous and lively area of Pontaillac and 150 meters from the beach and local shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and casino ...).
Situated on the second floor, without an elevator, this studio is composed of a living room with a 140cm folding bed and a 90cm bench opening onto a small balcony facing west and offering a breathtaking view on the beach of Pontaillac! However, you can't put a table there.
A kitchenette equipped with a 4 burner electric stove and oven, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker and a table top refrigerator....
A bathroom with a washing machine and toilet.
A private parking space is allocated to you in the residence.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
