GRANDE HUNE TERRASSE
Beautiful studio of 28m² with 12m² terrace located on the 8th floor (with lift) of the Residence Grande Hune on Boulevard Garnier in Royan. Ideal for 2 people.
The apartment enjoys an exceptional view of both the sea and the Parc de Royan district.
A bathroom (shower) with a single sink is located at the entrance.
1 built-in toilet.
The living room is equipped with a very comfortable convertible sofa bed (Rapido) with a real mattress (Rapido brand). This bed can accommodate up to 2 people (size 140).
A table and chairs will allow you to eat inside the property.
The garden furniture is installed on the large balcony of 12m² to be able to make the most of the beautiful evenings facing the sea in winter and summer.
An independent kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, TASSIMO coffee maker, toaster, kettle, gas hob, oven...).
Free parking in the two streets around the apartment. Parking is forbidden in the spaces of the residence.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property.
