This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 500 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons, the duration of your stay and the number of tenants (the price listed is for 3 tenants): massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
