The VBRO was a neat house with all the comforts of home. Plenty of beds and bathrooms
Renting the VBRO was a very easy and understandable process. Deadlines and due dates were very clear. Lines of communications with the owner were easy, which made our arrival and stay 5 star.

4 generation 200 acre farm currently raising hay primarily for horses. All farm animals are gone and pasture is now hayfields. Original home place is where I've lived since 1976. Retired RN. Managing CBD store where our farm Hemp is sold exclusively. Son, Matt, and his family lives on farm owner/manager of MARINE 911 (boat engine repairs) that is located on the farm.

Why they chose this property

This property could be considered a natural Disney Land with wildlife conservation and management. (Hunting rights are limited to our friend Charlie and his son for proper management) River views during the winter. One mile off HWY 60 near the Hwy 60 bridge gives amazing picturesque sunsets/sunrises from the bridge.

What makes this property unique

There is a rustic cabin and mother-in-law house also on the property that rents for visitors currently on VRBO. NO PETS IN OUR RENTALS.
Direction: From Dayton,TN...Hwy 60 South for 6-7 miles. Turn Left at Longview Farm Rd. (There will be "Marine 911" and "Farmtomed" signs at turn-off) Go about 1 mile, do NOT turn at 1st drive on right. Keep going and Red Brick House on right is VBRO.
