This attractive holiday apartment is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, about 2 minutes' walk from the center of Kühlungsborn-West. Close to the center and yet separate from the road and car traffic. This unique idyllic and quiet location is emphasized by the proximity to the Baltic Sea. Only a small pine forest separates you from the beautiful sandy beach and the Baltic Sea avenue.
You can reach the apartment through a spacious hall with a porch. Here you will find a beautiful living-dining room with sofa bed and kitchenette, which is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven. Of course, there is a coffee machine, an egg cooker, a toaster and a kettle. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the house. You can reach the large terrace from both the bedroom and the living room. Here you can have breakfast protected from the wind in the beautiful morning sun and start the day relaxed. The terrace is separated from the pedestrian path which is lower by well-kept rhododendrons so that the terrace is almost invisible from the path. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a new floor-level shower.
The space in the bathroom is well dimensioned so that two people can stay there at the same time.
A lockable bicycle storage room is available.
A parking space reserved for the apartment is well secured by a barrier system behind the house in the private parking lot.
