About this property

Fully detached, single family home with own pool in a large garden

Our house is situated on a slope (1000 sq. m) with a view of the sea (approx. 1.5 km).
It consists of three (3) bedrooms , one with two (2) single beds and two bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms , one "ensuite" ;

kitchen with entrance ; living room and glassed veranda (porch).
All windows and doors to the outside have bars;
the garden is divided into 2 terraces and planted with large pines as well as cypress.
You can reach the office of "Comunidad de Propietarios " El Tosalet" by foot in 5 minutes.
The beach, old part of town, and shopping are all 3-5 minutes away by car.
The pool is 4 x 8 meters. you can enter the pool very easily from the side by some steps .You can see the sea ( in approx. 1,5 km distance ) from some parts of the ground by high visibility .
The Master-Sleeping-room and the living-room have aircondition (A/C)

Ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit gepflegter Aussenanlage. Wir waren nach 2014 zum 2. Mal dort. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben schöne 14 Tage verbracht!

Séjour agréable

Nous avons été enchanté par la maison spacieuse pour mon compagnon et nos deux enfants. La maison est bien équipée on ne manque de rien , le jardin est super bien entretenu et la piscine géniale ... Entre 28 et 30 degrés tous les jours et très belle. Nous avons trouvé mieux en vrai la maison que sur les photos ! Nous aurions voulu rester plus tellement nous nous sentions bien ! Nous reviendrons sûrement un jour dans cette maison !

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem super Pool. Alles was man braucht war da es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen . Vielen Dank für alles würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen .

Villa très bien équipée et jardin/piscine top

La villa est équipée avec de l'électroménager de qualité, vaisselle plus qu'en suffisance, les chambres avec ventilateur permettent de passer de bonnes nuits malgré la chaleur. Et le jardin est splendide, la piscine nickel. Rien à redire si ce n'est les moustiques qui ont également bien profité de notre séjour :-)

Magnifique maison

Nous en sommes à notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison située à Javéa et en sommes toujours aussi enchantés. La maison est spacieuse et est idéale pour une ou deux familles. La nouvelle cuisine complètement équipée est extra et très fonctionnelle. Dehors, le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et le jardinier est aussi sympathique que discret. Nous avons également apprécié le nouveau coin "pergola" avec la place pour le grill et en avons bien profité ! A relevé que lors de notre arrivée la maison était très propre et sentait bien le frais. Finalement, les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été très agréables et arrangeants. Nous ne pouvons que recommandé cet endroit !

Super Urlaub in einer tollen Location

Ich bin ein wenig spät dran, aber ich wollte nochmals betonen, dass wir hier in einem schönen Haus mit viel Komfort einen wunder baren Urlaub verbracht haben. Obwohl mit 8 Personen war das Haus geräumig genug. Ob Wintergarten, garten oder pool - das haus und die Location ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Schon zum zweiten Mal das wunderschöne Haus genutz

Nach 2013 waren wir dieses Jahr das zweite Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus und ich kann schon sagen, dass es bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal war. Wir fühlten uns einfach wohl. Die Einrichtung lässt nichts zum wünschen übrig und der Pool ist der Hit (besonders am Abend mit Beleuchtung). Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und wir hatten es des öfteren genossen keine Ausflüge zu machen und einfach nur im Haus und hier speziell im Pool den Tag dahinfließen zu lassen.

Perfekt Urlaub !

Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances très agréables. La maison est spacieuse et très confortable avec ses 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Le quartier est sécurisé et tranquille tout en étant proche de la mer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le jardin bien entretenus. A recommander.

Super Urlaub in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich super. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen grünen Wohngegend. Pool ist nicht von der Straße einsehbar und ist schön gestaltet. Das Haus von innen ist auch gut gemacht, nur die Küche könnte mal ein upgrade erfahren, allerdings waren wir mehr draußen und haben dort gegrillt als das wir drinnen waren und dort gekocht haben. ansonsten kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen, wir werden wenn es klappt nächstes Jahr dort wieder hin fahren.
