Pavilion Watch third floor condo with ocean views

There is room for the whole family at this spacious condo with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is just steps away with paved beach access right in front of the property. After a day at the beach enjoy swimming in the pool. You are within a two minute walk to downtown Folly Beach and all the restaurants and shops. The master bedroom features a king bed, large private bathroom., and French doors to access the balcony. The first guest room has a king bed with an attached private bath. The second guest room has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, a 60" flat screen television, and French doors to access the large balcony. The balcony has seating for everyone along with tables which makes a great place to have your meals and enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family. Folly is the closest beach to Charleston so you will have your choice of activities, restaurants, and tours of the historic city.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in this unit! We have stayed in several units at the Pavilion Watch complex, but this was by far our favorite. Everything was exactly as expected, the communication was great, and we hope to return again many times!

Another fantastic stay at 3K! Everything was perfect - easy check in, spotless and beautiful condo, a great view of the beach from the patio, in close proximity to all the shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet on the balcony and in the condo.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Right across the street from the beach with ocean view. Kitchen was well equipment and condo was clean. Not complaints but just ideas for possible improvements. The curtains in the master bedroom did not block the light from the hotel across the street and the pillows were flat. With that being said, We had a great stay.

Property was not clean at all at check in. Cleaners came at 11pm and took 2 hours to clean the property, which they did a great job. Unit was full of dog hair.

I am very sorry you had this experience. I have had the current cleaning company for several years and this is the first time they have failed to have the unit spotless before a guest arrived. I did send you a refund for one night of your stay plus the cleaning fee. I hope this helped ease the pain of your terrible first night. We state in our rental agreement that our unit does not allow pets, but unfortunately the guest before you chose to ignore this rule. I did charge them a fee for this and hopefully this will not happen again. I do sincerely apologize that your vacation started off on such a bad note.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this condo. The host communicated with us prior to our stay to make sure that we had everything that we needed to check in and also the day of check in to let us know of a cosmetic issue with the door. We had everything we needed for our stay and will definitely keep this condo on our list of places to stay the next time we are in the area.

Great stay!!

We had a great time in Folly Beach. Location was perfect, right across from the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable. Sightseeing in historic Charleston only a short drive away. All in all a fantastic getaway. Would definitely visit again.
