My crew and I were attending a regatta at the Southern Yacht Club and this place could not have been closer. We were a five minute drive away from the Regatta venue, five minutes away from West Marine, and five minutes away from some amazing restaurants. I would stay here again.

A nice place close to the lake

Our group was in town for a sailing event at the Southern Yacht club. The house was very close to the venue while also being and easy walk to restaurants and bars. Perfect for our trip..

Wonderful Property, Great Location!

We used to live in N.O. and chose this property partly because of its great location. However, the interior far exceeded our expectations. Tasteful art, attention to safety issues, full kitchen, etc. Would definitely recommend this property, and we will likely stay there again.

Christmas Visit

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean & well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We really had everything we needed. It was located close to our family & near fun shops and restaurants. The location provided for easy access to different areas of New Orleans. We visit New Orleans often & will definitely consider staying here again!

Great house

Beautiful and spacious home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check in was a little confusing due to unclear instructions and probably fatigue on our part. Check in and out hours were much more generous than most. Amazing park across the street and great restaurants nearby. Adequate basic amenities. Overall a very good experience. Would stay again

Mardi Gras Stay

There are only positive things about this place. We had a room reserved for more than eight months prior to this for the Mardi Gras weekend. The owner canceled on us three days before our arrival. I wish I could leave a review also on that page. It wouldn't be nice. We quickly found this place and we enjoyed it. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to some restaurants and bars. Short Uber rides to the parade routes. This place is very clean. Plenty of room for the seven of us. On future trips to NOLA, we will definitely check out the vacancies here.

It was fine

The description is accurate. They send you checkin the day before arrival. Arrival was smooth. The place is clean. The street in front of the house is not extremely busy but has some noisy cars pass by during the night and you can hear them from the master br. The air conditioning is very noisy and the vent in the master is right above the bed so you get a blast of cold air when it’s on and then nothing when it’s off. The carbon monoxide detector was chirping periodically and when I contacted the manager she said she would send someone out but that didn’t happen while we were there. We would have liked some more towels. The place worked fine for our group for a few days.
