You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.
The Neighborhood:
Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.
Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

We loved our stay here. The property was lovely and convenient to nearby Poipu area beaches and Koloa. We would definitely recommend this unit and return if possible.

We loved our time here! The unit was very comfortable, with on-demand AC in the living room and both bedrooms, a small but well stocked kitchen, and balcony with beautiful view of gardens and ocean. The nearby pool was beautiful and both Brennecke and Poipu beaches just a short walk way. The boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers are really nice touches, reducing the need to buy or rent these. We would happily stay here again!
Great location, walking distance to beaches, close drive to restaurants & very informative emails from rental company. Only cons: no hot tub, pool closes at 8pm (would've been nice if it closed at 10pm since everything closes so early) & bedroom doors have slats so zero privacy.

Mahalo Cindy for your review. I think almost all rentals/homes in Hawaii have slatted doors for ventilation... from when AC was not available in our state. This is still useful if people don't want the AC on when it is cooler as the door can be closed allowing privacy but still allowing ventilation.
These doors do provide privacy from seeing into the bedroom. Yes, noise reduction may not be quite as much but they do provide "privacy". I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay.
This place met our expectations. Location was close walking distance to the pool. We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the rental management company was responsive to our requests.
This rental unit has an upstairs living room and kitchen with downstairs bedrooms. It was well stocked for beach travelers: beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella.
