Featuring a heated pool, private pool house suite, expansive living spaces, and an unbeatable walk to beach location, this four season retreat is designed for unforgettable family gatherings and relaxed luxury.

Main Living Spaces-

The home opens to an expansive two-story living room anchored by a stunning stone fireplace, which can be enjoyed from both the living and dining areas. Sunlight pours into the adjacent year round solarium, featuring dining for six and peaceful views overlooking the pool.

On the opposite side of the fireplace, you’ll find the main dining area and a bright, beautifully designed kitchen with seating for up to 12 guests, ideal for shared meals and celebrations. The first floor also includes a large primary suite with views of the pool.

Upper Level-

The second floor is home to two en suite bedrooms and one additional bedroom, offering comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

Pool House Retreat-

The Fairway House also features a stunning pool house suite connected to the main home, adding even more space to relax and unwind. The first floor offers a cozy screened porch overlooking the pool, while the second floor includes a private suite with a bedroom (two queen beds), full bath, living area with sofa and TV, kitchenette, and a deck with pool views, perfect for extended family or guests seeking extra privacy.

Outdoor Living & Location-

The expansive yard invites both kids and adults to spread out and enjoy the beauty of Grand Beach. Spend your days swimming in the heated pool with slide and your evenings around the fire pit.

Beyond the property, you are just 1.5 blocks from the playground, 9 hole golf course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and two additional blocks from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan.

House had plenty of room for all 12 of us! Plenty of space to hangout both indoor and outdoors! Would highly recommended! House was extremely clean and check in/out process was easy! Would 100% use the house again!

It was a great house and outside area. I have rented a lot of houses and i have to say this is the furst time the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking. And extra paper goods were provided!There were 11 ladies and plenty of BR and bath spaces to make everyone comfortable especially since everyone did know each other.The pool area was great. The weather was chilly so we didnt actually swim but 2 of the girls went down the slide and said the water temp was great.Loved the house, location and Gina was very accommodating.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

House is exactly as pictured and great for multiple families. The house was well equipped with anything you would need and located a short drive to area attractions. The kids loved the pool, basketball hoop and large yard for games. Gina was an excellent host and very responsive. I will definitely consider other properties hosted by lake concierge for future bookings!

Beautiful house, fun pool, great service!

We loved our stay at this house. The accommodations were lovely and Gina was always helpful if we needed anything. Would highly recommend! The basketball hoop for the pool is currently out of commission so it would’ve been helpful to note when booking because that was what my son was most excited about! But we had a great stay regardless :)

Great stay at Fairway House

We had a wonderful stay at Fairway House. The layout works well for visiting, cooking and eating meals. The sunroom was a nice bonus with a table--great for quick lunch when using the pool and a cooler for drinks. The pool house has three season room, bedroom and living room; another great extra. Bedrooms and baths are plentiful. Plenty of room to spread out for individual family time. Firepit very nice. Gina was great to work with once again!

Large Family Gathering

Overall a solid choice for your stay for any large group in SW MI. Grand beach is a nice area, about a 15 min walk to beach, 5 min drive to neighboring towns. The house is overall in clean/good condition, plenty of space, but could use some improvements for the price point. We found quite a few things not working or damaged which made the stay a little disappointing. Make sure to take advantage of the firepit area, it was beautiful at night being surrounded by the large trees and bright stars.

Can’t wait for the opportunity to return!

The house was everything that was described, photo accuracy plus more. We had a large group of women. Everyone felt so cozy and at home, that’s hard with 14 women! There was room to spare, room to gather, room to be alone. The pool, the pool house, the pool house screened porch ❤️ Absolutely beautiful. All of us were searching for an excuse to return and spend more time here. The location is absolutely fabulous, we had dinner in Three Oaks, breakfast and coffee in New Buffalo, drinks down the street at Beer Church, and took a short drive to Iron Horse Distillery in Niles.

We are a family of 11 — grandparents, kids, spouses and grandkids. The house was perfect for all of us! The pool with slide and patio area with grill was a huge hit! We would definitely stay again. Nothing short of perfect!

This house was exactly what our girls weekend needed! Spacious, quiet and serene. The pool area was amazing and everything was very clean. Definitely staying here again next time we’re in New Buffalo

Beautiful Grand Beach Home

Our family had a wonderful time at this impressive Grand Beach home. Hours were spent in the heated pool and sunroom. The fire pit was a bonus and s'mores were enjoyed by all. Gina was extremely helpful and we look forward to returning.

Lovely home

There were eleven of us and we all loved this home. Fit our needs, convenient to beach areas (although we did drive to beach). It is also not far from Chicago (about 1.5 hours), which we visited a few times. The only negative, in the description of property it states “second floor is home to two en-suite bedrooms and one additional bedroom and separate bathroom”. We interpreted that statement as there being a hall bathroom on the second floor which there was not. Thus, the third bedroom guests had to use one of the other private baths. Made things a little awkward for that third couple. The owners or property manager may want to reword this portion of the description so other renters don’t think like we did. Other than that we were extremely satisfied.

Grand Beach Vacation

The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of room for family and friends. It is located on a large scenic lot, with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Everything about this property is first class. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful Home

Great house, lots of outdoor room to play. We enjoyed the fire pit and screened in room. Ran out of hot water after a few showers, otherwise it was great fun. Just be aware that your being watched by the owners.

The property to make any trip perfect!

Upon arrival to the Fairview house, Gina was so helpful in getting us all settled in and giving us a tour of the property. We were greeted with a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine, already two thumbs up. As for the property, we could not have asked for anything better with our large group. A big yard, a beautiful fire pit area, and of course an amazing heated pool. We were so happy with our decision to stay at the Fairview house and we can’t wait to return!
