The interior of this home is a showcase of its surroundings with a tasteful, modern aesthetic. Making the most of the property's premium location, this vacation rental provides a unique take on an open-concept plan with countless windows, abundant natural light, and sweeping views. Sunset Vista offers a spacious floor plan where the well-equipped, full kitchen (complete with a Sub-Zero Refrigerator and a Thermador Professional stove and oven), living area, and dining area are seamlessly combined to offer the best entertainment experience. The living space features a wood-burning fireplace perfect for those chilly evenings, while the dining area is furnished with a beautiful wood table that seats eight. While outside, relax on the patio or play with the kids or the dogs in the huge grassy yard. There is a private neighborhood beach just below the house. Things to Know Free WiFi Beach towels provided Due to fluctuating water levels, the beach closes periodically. Please contact us to inquire about beach availability.
