Cold pool

Ruben (owner) is a very nice guy. He tries hard to please. But I think living so far away doesn't help. He needs someone on the property to help with problems and complaints. We enjoyed our stay, but the TV had no live programs. It was a firestick and we had NO clue how it worked. So he tried to get us some basic cable. But the local companies are a real JOKE! It took 3 weeks to get the new cable and internet. So we only had it for less than a week. Also the internet was terrible. They had 3 different internets available for you to use. And that was a great thing cause everyday you had to switch internets cause one or more wouldn't work! Sometimes all 3 didn't work. But this was not Rubens fault. The pool we were told was a heated pool. It was not. This is the one thing my wife wanted. She did NOT want to go anywhere that the pool wasn't heated. So that was a long month for that. But we did end up enjoying our time there. The people we met there were ALL very very nice people. Its a small property so we liked that a lot. Thank god that most people used their garages to park their cars cause there are not a lot of parking spots. So we never had to park further away. Would I stay here again??? The answer is yes. Like I said Ruben is a nice guy that tries hard. And I know he is new to this rental game. He'll get it right. With a few more amenities in the condo it would be fantastic. And he knows what they are, as we discussed when he came to the condo. Thank you Ruben, we had a great time.

Well kept grounds. Gated if you are concerned about safety. Short drive to Laughlin casinos.
