The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is by 11:30 AM. Please wash all dishes and empty the refrigerator before leaving.
Please remove sand from all beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, the beach cart, and cooler, before bringing it inside. Place used towels in the hamper.
Please take all trash to the bins on 68th Street, between the Friendly Native buildings, behind the white plastic fence. Let us know once you have checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events. All registered guests must provide a valid photo ID before check-in.
Self check-in only. The door code is provided after all required guest information and valid photo IDs are received.

Upham Beach is just steps away, with soft white sand, warm Gulf water, and unforgettable sunsets. You can begin the morning with a quiet walk along the shoreline, spend the afternoon swimming or relaxing, and end the day with dinner, live music, or a sunset drink nearby.

The area has a wonderful local character. Corey Avenue is known for independently owned restaurants, beach bars, boutiques, galleries, and its Sunday market. Nearby favorites include Rick’s Reef for casual Florida beach dining, Sola Bistro & Wine Bar for a more intimate evening, and the restaurants and tropical-style spots along Corey Avenue.

Farther south, historic Pass-a-Grille offers Old Florida charm, waterfront dining, rooftop sunset views, and Paradise Grille right by the beach.
