Upon entering this 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with soft, supple leather and a 50 inch flatscreen. It has floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker, full dining, and granite counters complement the living area. The patio features a table, 4 chairs and lounge, overlooking the lazy river pool and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo's master bedroom has stunning views of the Gulf and Bay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, one bedroom has a queen and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds. In addition there is a comfortable queen-size bed in the leather sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have flat panel TV's.

From the time you arrive and set foot in the grand lobby of the Phoenix West you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. You will have easy move in/move out accessibility to the 18th floor unit and the spectacular views from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room will thrill you day after day.
