Welcome to Paradise! This beachfront condominium, is a 10 unit building located on Indian Rocks Beach.
Gorgeous Gulf front balcony
3 Bedroom / 2 Bath (1 King 1 Queen and a day bed with Twins)
2 parking spaces included. The parking spot is under the building: the two cars must park tandem ( back to back).
Beach toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas are provided in the unit.

Restaurants within walking distance. Close to St Pete/Clearwater airport and Tampa International Airport. **** update as of July 6th, 2026 through October 2026 the condo is going through construction on the exterior of the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The pool will remain open during this time.****

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect the condo. This is a small quiet unit. Please refrain from excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No house parties. No smoking.
Please make sure you use the keys to enter the pool, please don’t jump over the fence.
Please rinse sand off your feet and beach equipment after you leave the beach.
