POWDERIDGE #40 - 2 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATH TOWNHOUSE: BEDDING: Master bedroom a king bed, Bedroom #2 a queen bed and a pyramid bunk. Full kitchen, equipped for all cooks, washer/dryer for your convenience. Electric Fireplace, 3 flat screen televisions, DVD/VCR with a movie collection to relax after dinner. Watch the deer roam off the back deck or the skiers on the slopes.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking

Great Ski out townhome

Loved the accommodations- was perfect for our family of 6. Wish more places had beds to accommodate 4 kids in one room. Place was clean, comfortable, had all we needed. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as well.

Great ski retreat for the family

We really enjoyed our stay at 40 Powderidge. Great location, comfortable beds, kitchen with all we needed and wood burning fire place to warm up after a day of skiing. Access to the slopes was an easy walk carrying skis. We were the first to ski down the mountain each day.

Nice place to stay

Everything was fine. Was even able to make pizza :-) Enjoyed the views from the back porch, especially watching the deer. Also appreciate the firewood supply - it was chilly enough on our last night that we used the fireplace while we played scrabble.

Teenage Boys Ski Weekend with Parental Supervision

Condo was super nice!! Had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be nicer sheets on the king sized bed; they were scratchy. Everything else was amazing.

First time at Snowshoe

This house did meet my expectation as far as how it was described. It was clean and spacious for my family. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough snow to ski in/out, but overall we had a great time.

Snowshoe Fun

Property was nice. Good location on top of Powderridge lift. Slope in front of condo was closed, so did have a little walk to get to top of lift to ski down. Well stocked with dishes. Older property, but well maintained. Comfortable accommodations. Could not figure out how to turn down heat upstairs.

Misrepresentation

The listing contained a virtual tour that was wildly inaccurate ... the tour showed two story windows etc... (the still photos were accurate)... but I was mislead.. Also the stove top was not working. I contacted the owner in lieu of writing a bad review and received no response whatsoever. At the end of the day its a very dated dark condo but I think that's standard for Snowshoe. But still the blatant misrepresentation was shocking.

Clean and convenient to slopes and shuttle

Cozy property with views of the slope. Very clean with plenty of room for our family of four. Within a 30 second walk to the shuttle. Plenty of parking so we were able to back up directly in front of the unit to unload. We plan on booking this condo next season.

Overall very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the first time we were in Snowshoe, and couldn’t have been happier. The layout was cozy, but accommodated our party of 5 very well. The kitchen is nicely stocked, down to the decent knives, pots and pans, plates and glasses. The beds were comfortable. Bath towels were very nice. My only complaint is the community firewood. (Although even having the option of firewood is great!) The wood must have been green because getting it started took some effort, but once lit the first floor heated up nicely. WiFi was strong.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
