Front desk said room may not be ready at 5 which was agreed check-in time. Too late a check-in and cleaning crew finishing to the wire 5 pm. Dishwasher was at beginning of the cycle when we arrived. Heat was so oppressive it was tough for all including the kids to sleep. Could not be adjusted unfortunately. Spacious for a group and family. That was great along with Aveda toiletries.

We had a great stay at a fair price. Perfect location for a ski trip. Hotel is situated with direct access to the slopes and Ballhooter lift as well as easy walking access to Snowshoe village shops/restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Excellent location and great host

The host was very responsive to my multiple messages and questions before our trip. The check in process was pretty fast. We arrived before 5pm and were able to check in since the unit was ready. That was a big help, allowing us to settle down and get the passes and rentals for the next day. The location is close to everything. The unit has everything we needed. The pan is a little bit smaller than what I would like, but it still worked out for us. We had a great time and really enjoy our stay.
