Welcome to Villa des Cyprès, located on the heights of Bormes-les-Mimosas.
On the garden level of our villa, in a stunning setting, you will enjoy views of the hills and the absolutely charming old village. The most beautiful beaches—Brégançon, L'Estagnol, and Pellegrin—are just 8 minutes by car, offering turquoise waters that make you feel as if you were on a tropical island. Access is via private parking, ensuring your car is safe and secure.
We are also 2 km from some of the finest vineyards: Château Léoube, Château Brégançon, Clos Mireille, and Domaine de la Sanglière, all offering fantastic visits. Each has a boutique, and Léoube features a stunning shop with home decor and beautiful clothing.
The apartment includes a terrace and private enclosed parking, and you can enjoy the large shared swimming pool in a quiet environment—perfect for families or anyone seeking peace and relaxation.
Cleaning service is available on request for €80, payable locally.
We are also 2 km from some of the finest vineyards: Château Léoube, Château Brégançon, Clos Mireille, and Domaine de la Sanglière, all offering fantastic visits. Each has a boutique, and Léoube features a stunning shop with home decor and beautiful clothing.

Endroit sublime pour passer quelques jours ou beaucoup plus ! Logement grand, fonctionnnel, tres bien equipé, avec une agreable grande piscine et des transats tres confortables. Des proprietaires souriants et de tres bons conseils. A tres vite pour un nouveau sejour ??

Appartement refait à neuf. Mobilier neuf. Site enchanteur bénéficiant d'un très joli point de vue . Très jolie piscine.
Propriétaires très accueillants, sympathiques, et très à l'écoute.....très difficile de faire mieux !!

Corinne et Jean-Jacques sont adorables et ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Notre appartement se situait dans une superbe propriété à l’écart de la ville, au calme et à deux pas de Bormes et des plages. Nous avons profité de la superbe piscine et du barbecue tous les jours.
