LOCATION – The Village Point Townhomes are located off Broken Lance Drive in the Warrior’s Mark area of Breckenridge. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County.
All Pinnacle properties are stocked with: • High-end bed linens and towels. • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. An initial supply of: • Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues) • Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) • Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)
Special Notes: • Parking – 1 car garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total • No Pets / No Smoking • Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions. • HOA quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am and is strictly enforced • This is a “no smoking” community and smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the deck • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old • Maximum Occupancy - 9 • Breckenridge Business License No. 382060001

Location was very good- quick walk to Quicksikver lift and Main Street. Nice that it came with two parking spots. Host was accommodating and responsive. House was as advertised- very comfortable for our family of 5 adults. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Our group loved our stay! The property was spotless and couldnt beat the location. Check in and Check out were seamless and the owners were great with communication and checking in to see if we needed anything. Definetly will be staying here again if and when we are back in Breckenridge
The condo was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect next to the shuttle and town. Property manager provided exceptional service and we would definitely stay here again!
This property was a great accommodation for my husband and friends for a ski trip. Within walking distance of ski lifts and Main Street. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to relax and unwind for Thanksgiving week. The large deck is fantastic and the house is very spacious. We had some issues but staff was fast to respond and take action. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
We loved our stay. Love that the hot tub was just a step out the back door. And it was the perfect location, walkable to downtown breck.
One complaint is that the upstairs master doesn’t have a real door. It’s a sliding barn door that has big gaps, so it’s not very private.
It was a gorgeous place enjoyed by all. The only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a bathroom on the main level versus going up or down 2 sets to go to the bathroom. The management company could not have been more attentive with any/ALL questions.
The management company communicated with us regularly leading up to our arrival, also after we checked in, making sure everything was okay.
The property was nice, well furnished, up to date. The kitchen has everything you need (and more) for preparing meals during our stay.
We were about 50 yards away from the bus stop, with access to the slopes in just a few minutes.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great Trip to Breck

We had a great time exploring, skiing, and snowboarding in Breck. Village Point 109 was a nice townhouse and perfect for our group. We were a little upset that the fireplace wasn’t functioning properly throughout the trip. Maintenance came very quickly on the first day to turn it on, but it didn’t stay on for more than 8-10 min. Village Point 109 was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and warm after a day out in the snow, but the jets were not blowing. The unit is very nice, but based on the photos we expected it to be larger than it was.
Everything was good except the kitchen had no towels or pot holders making cooking quite difficult. Other than that is was the perfect stay! (The missing kitchen equipment didn’t place a dark spot on the trip, we had a great time)
Great place to stay for me and my friends! I’d recommend to anybody!
