About this property

New Oceanfront Cottage on Somes Sound

Spring of 2025 will have a brand new Deer Track. The new cottage will be a one bedroom home with a loft. The bedroom will have a king bed, and the loft will afford room for extra sleep quarters. Like the old Deer Track, there is a large deck with amazing views of the ocean and Acadia National Park mountains. Centrally located on Mount Desert Island, it is close to all attractions.

• Dogs must be Flea and Tick free. • Dogs are to be leashed at all times on the grounds. • Clean up any waste left from your Dog.
•Should you leave the dog unattended and he/she causes complaints, you will be called to return. From that point on, the dog is not to be left alone.
