You can use our private dock but NOT the lift. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet as we do have a pet policy/pet fees. No mooring whips anymore, they got broken, people didn’t know how to use it and they got broken multiple times. You might see them on the photo, but they’re not there anymore for our guest to use it. Please bring your life jacket if you’re planning on kayaking or going in the water.

Clear Lake Fishing Trip

Property was perfect for a week long fishing trip. Room for a 21’ bass boat behind a locked gate. Property was clean and spacious.

Here's your polished **Vrbo-ready** version:---We had such a great time staying at this Clear Lake rental! The house was just as described, well-kept, super comfortable, and right on the water, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the view. My 7-year-old niece had the best time learning to fish off the dock. It was her first time, and we’re pretty sure it’s a memory that’s going to stick with her forever. We also loved being able to swim right from the property, it was so convenient and fun.The weather happened to be absolutely perfect during our stay, mild and beautiful, which just made everything feel even more enjoyable. Of course, that’s something out of anyone’s control, but it truly added to the experience.Martine was a kind, communicative host who made the whole process smooth and welcoming. If you love fishing and the outdoors, this is a fantastic rental. Dock/pier was amazing, so much room to fish, lounge and hang out. Everything worked as it should, definitely will be back.

Fishing and Family Getaway

The house was nice, however, as many guests have said before, it was too windy to fish there and algae bloom wouldn’t allow for swimming. It is a very nice place to stay but not for fishing and the owner was absolutely wonderful.

Family stay

The host is kind and responsive. Unfortunately it was really hot the weekend we visited. Also water conditions did not allow for any swimming. The air conditioner was also off when we arrived and the first night was uncomfortable. We wanted to swim but the algae did not allow for any water fun.

Everything was wonderful! Kids loved it, and I enjoyed a little break from work. Everything is arranged and decorated thoughtfully and with great taste. Communication is easy and quick. I will come back!

WONDERFUL FAMILY GET AWAY

We took our 2 young children and dogs here to celebrate my husbands birthday and we are VERY HAPPY we did! The house was very CLEAN & has everything you need! Yard was perfect for little ones and dogs. Owners were incredibly easy to get ahold of for any questions! We will definitely be coming back soon! THANK YOU!

Our Labor Day Vacation

The property is very nice and roomy. Wonderful views from the living room/kitchen/ and master bedroom. The dock is also very nice and long - we really enjoyed getting together in the morning and for the sunset. The TV room had a couch that had a broken cushion. We stuffed a pillow in there and made it work, but the couch should be replaced. The yard had a water leak that had been there awhile and the ground was very slimy and slippery there were also bees and wasps gathering there. One of the kids almost took a bad fall walking thru there. This is a hazard and should be fixed. Everything else was nice and the home feels secure with the gated entry and driveway. thank you letting us stay ~ Sincerely Hanna

Awesome house at the lake

Pros Martine was very responsive over vrbo chat to our questions before and during the trip. Near the lake with a dock so we could actually go and get some sun. It was also nice to go out on the dock at night and watch the milky way. Lot of facilities provided - kayak, lifejackets, etc near the lake. House is spacious and quite sunny during the daytime. We visited during the labor weekend with the heat wave across California. The house was cooler than expected due to proximity to the lake. Most rooms have fans and separate ACs so that was wonderful. The owner was gracious enough to allow our cat to be at the place. The cat found nice corners to hide at night. The TV comes with a number of streaming services but we had some learning difficulties with the soundbar and its remote. Cons There were some cobwebs inside the house especially between one of the towels and sink. There is no dishwasher so all washing is by hand. Lots of lizard running around in the backyard. Keep the doors closed as they can get in. We saw one of them running around inside the house. There are big spiders in the backyard. There are cobwebs in the dock area as well so some more cleaning needed. On arrival at night, searching for lights in the house was difficult as some of lights are not located near the front door. They are hidden behind curtains. The TT table is located in the garage but there is insufficient lighting for playing.
