This spacious 3-bedroom home includes 2.5 baths, with a complete remodel of the two main bathrooms just finished in the summer of 2023. The gorgeous kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and a Weber 4-burner gas BBQ awaits you, complete with propane and backup tanks just in case.

Enjoy your meals while watching your favorite shows on the large HD ROKU TV, which comes with all streaming apps and Chromecast for seamless connection from your tablet or phone. Stay connected with high-speed internet access, and take advantage of the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.

For those adventurous spirits, we offer two one-person kayaks available for your use during your stay, complete with life jackets—free of charge!

Great trip to Clear Lake!

Property was perfect for our small group of kayak anglers.The extra parking made things really easy with trucks and trailers. Place was clean and nice. Fishing from the dock in the evenings was a bonus.Owners were very helpful with local recommendations!Look forward to staying here again for our next trip to Clear lake.

Great bass trip

Four men in our party with two 19’ bass boats. Plenty of room to park our boats in the lot next door with the neighbors boat there, too. Jeff was great host, helping with early check in and spot recommendations. House was great for our 5 night stay. Will be back!

Beautiful Lakehouse

It was me and my family’s first visit to Clearlake and this house was the perfect fit for us- roomy, clean, and cozy. We are a fishing family so the dock was perfect for our fishing needs. Host was very kind and responsive- highly recommend☺️

This place is perfect for fishermen and their families. Loved the updates completed on the home. Enjoyed quality of the fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, etc one could ever need. Hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Our host was great, and the home itself was lovely. The additional parking space was appreciated! Sadly, the location on the lake was choked with smelly algae, and there were fires that filled the air with so much smoke, it was hard to be outside. Obviously, those conditions are not within anyone's control.

Thanks for the review. We are glad you loved the home. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and natural disasters. The fire was unfortunate, but luckily, it is under control; it just impacted your time, unfortunately. Late summer, after many weeks of 100-degree heat takes its toll on the lake, the fishing is still good, but it isn't ideal. I would suggest coming any time except late July/August for the best water conditions. Thank you!

Very comfortable...

Upon arrival at the property from the outside it looked a little dated so we weren't sure what to expect once we got inside. Upon entering the property you could tell that the owners and the property managers have put a lot of time thought and effort into this property it is been well maintained inside and remodeled throughout. The house was fully stocked the kitchen had all of the utensils dishware cookware pot pans needed to maintain a long-term stay. Overall our stay was fantastic.

A Birthday Charm

It was my wife's 62nd Birthday, and Jeff helped use to get in get settled ASAP! Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My son, and Grandkids went fishing, swimming. and rented the kayaks, that were available. My son caught a nice size bass. We had a great time. It was quiet, and peaceful area. We want to come back another time! Thanks everything Jeff!

Great house for kids and fisherman

House was clean, modern, close to the main channel entrance. Plenty of space and was relaxing. Big tv and air conditioning. Owners were very responsive and answered texts. Also provided tips for fishing. Very friendly. Plenty of towels and linens. Bunk bed was good for the kids. Lots of puzzles and games also. Lots of bugs this time of year but not too many mosquitos. Bring a buzz zapper for the ones that get in the house. Empty lot adjacent was a plus for trailer parking. The deck and ramp needed a hose down, otherwise 5 stars. Definitely coming back. Thank you Jeff sharing your place with us!

Great to hear you had such a nice time and we were happy to help. As with a few other 4 star reviews we have received, we cannot control the weather and the wind can impact how much is dropped from the trees. We love the shade they provide and they are pretty so the trade-off is worth it. I can ask the housekeeper to keep an eye on it but ultimately a renter may need to brush or hose off the deck to be ideal for them. We work hard to keep the house nice on the inside but outside of it is somewhat out of our control.

Nice property on the keys

The bed rooms were good size and had comfortable beds. Kitchen was large and fully equipped. TV was really nice with Roku and we were able to watch prime, YouTube, Hulu etc. Unfortunately the lake water level was too low. Otherwise it would be nice to kayak. Overall nice property with all the amenities.

Great Home - Can't wait to go back

We rented this home to have water access for us to go kayak fishing and just be able to relax.. We were nervous that the water would be to low in the Keys but we were pleasantly surprised that there was water and we were close to the lake opening. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed in the home to make all our meals there. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were easy to get a hold of and even gave some good fishing advise! We has no catfish luck but caught some good bass out on the lake. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with my family for the week.

Got out of the Bay Area for some fun in the sun. Brought the kayaks and hit the lake daily and indulged in a few local vineyards. Place was just right for parents and our three adult children. I just didn’t catch any bass. But then again, I had the wrong bait.

stayed here so husband could dock the boat at the house so they didn't have to go to a boat ramp every day. Porch/deck area nice. chairs comfy and nice table to eat outside. Shaded area to sit in. Overall a nice relaxing time. Kitchen best stocked kitchen of any house we have ever rented.

Nice House will rent again

There were a few things broken like the washer which I really needed travel with younger children and that is one of the main reasons I choose the property. The patio area was beautiful bedrooms good size no TV 📺 in Master bedroom and kids room design supper cute with seating area Couldn’t use the fire 🔥 place either 😔

We’re glad you had a great time. The was was broken by the previous guests and it has since been fixed, unfortunate timing. We don’t advertise having a fireplace at the property or a tv in the master bedroom and those are purposeful so guests looking to get away can enjoy other things. There is a new hvac system and 2 other tv’s if that’s important to guests. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

You cannot get an up to date home in the area. I love the charm of Clearklake but not shag rugs and a cruddy, dirty kitchen and bathrooms. I want to take a break and watch the game on a new 46"HDTV, not a 25' tube. Relax on the deck or dock and watch the world go by, BBQ and have a beer, it's your call.
