This was one of the best places to stay in St. Pete! Highly recommend very close to everything, can enjoy night life but also spent a night on the patio chatting with friends. We will book again and 100% recommend! Thanks London for the hospitality, cheers!
This was a great place to stay, clean, and a great location. Can easily walk to the park, the bay, restaurants, etc. London was very responsive and sweet!
Exactly as presented. Clean, convenient, cozy, with everything I needed. London was very friendly and responsive. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a lovely walk around Crescent Lake Park or over to Coffee Pot Bayou.
We were up early and out all day. The property is close to great parks, Snell Isle, downtown St Pete and the Pier. Sunken Garden is just a blockish away and so beautiful. Lots to do, loved the location.

Everything was clean and orderly, the hosts were fantastic and recommended a great little coffee shop! We had a wonderful stay, I will 100% recommend you stay here!
This cottage was extremely clean and had everything you need for a stay away from home. The location was perfect, and close to downtown and the pier. We would definitely stay here on a return trip to St. Pete. The owner London was in contact throughout and a wonderful host.
Our host was wonderful.! The cottage is a great location! We could walk to Trader Joe’s …close to great restaurants. We plan on coming back next year:)
This cottage was clean and just as described in the listing. It was a great place to stay for my daughter and me since we were in town for a national swim meet at the Northshore Aquatic Complex. Communication with the host was excellent and we had all that we needed for our stay!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! Come back anytime!
The cottage was just right for my daughter and I as our quiet, comfortable place to come back to after early mornings and busy days at at the North Shore Aquatic Complex. The owners were so attentive and kind--lending us beach chairs and bikes and making us feel welcome and safe. Convenient location in a cute neighborhood; near a nice park for walking or running!
Loved having bikes to ride to the marina and downtown. Close walk to the park and coffee shops. Was a little noisy being so close to a busy street and fire station but convenient to many nearby areas.
Our daughter was getting married at Sunken Gardens. This place was in walking distance the Sunken Gardens as well as walking distance to many restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

So happy you enjoyed your stay! Please come back and stay with us again! :)
Husband and I booked the cottage for a weekend getaway to attend a local music festival for 3 days at Vinoy Park. Cottage was located close enough to bike back and forth from the park, restaurants, bars, etc. Cottage was super clean and well stocked with anything you could need and while we never even saw our hosts, they were very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and intend to rebook in the future! We really enjoyed our visit.

Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back for your next visit. :)
Cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood walkable to several bars and restaurants, Crescent Lake Park (good for walking and kite flying), and the waterfront where manatees can be seen often. It's right on the route 4 bus line to downtown too.Hosts were friendly and easy to contact and even checked in via the VRBO app during our stay to see if we needed anything. Despite being at the end of the block with businesses just on the other side of a concrete wall, it was pretty quiet. (But there are a lot of fire trucks that use the two major roads nearby.)
We had a great time here and it was an ideal base to explore the area. It had all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. Overall it was good, however we had to mark it down a bit for cleanliness. Whilst it was certainly clean, it was let down by the details. For example, the front grill of the AC was thick with dust, the ceiling fan was dirty, some floor areas had been missed, the windows needed cleaning. We have taken into account the recent storms regarding the outside, which could have been a bit better. We would stay here again and hope our comments are taken in the spirit of helpful feedback.
We needed a place to stay for a few nights while we waited to move into our apt. The best thing about this property are the people who own it Gerry and London are so kind. We had a couple of small issues that were not a fault of their own, but I know that they take whatever their guests say , seriously. I was nervous about the parking but it was available right out front and never had an issue. Shower is a little tight , so if you’re a bigger person you may have a little trouble. Could use 2 extra standard pillows on the bed- location is close a lot of places on 4th, sunken gardens and crescent lake. When you’re in st Pete, all you need is a good location and a few amenities and you’re out most of the day. Thank you Gerry and London
