The apartment must be cleaned before departure. You can opt for the cleaning service for 60 euros (in which case we still ask that you remove the sheets and leave the dishes clean).
Penon Beach is very lively in the summer. There’s a large water park, a skate park, bars, restaurants, and shops. There’s also a large performance hall at Bourdaines Beach.
City centre Hossegor and Lake Hossegor are very close by, as is the Seignosse golf course; the port of Capbreton and Lake Veux-Boucau are just a few minutes away. All these locations are accessible via the bike path.
You can park for free outside the residence, and you’ll also have an underground parking space.
There are several bike rental shops nearby, and a bike storage area in the residence.
A bike path runs along the entire coast and passes close to the apartment.
