The apartment has a large living room with one side a terrace and a small sunny garden in the morning on the other a large terrace of 90 m². You access the latter by 2 large bay windows with electric shutters. It is equipped with a garden furniture, deck chairs and a barbecue. You can relax, read, eat there or bask in the sun.
3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath, a desk and a separate toilet complete this accommodation. 2 of the bedrooms overlook the small garden and the last on the terrace.

A great apartment and location!

The apartment is everything in the description and more. It's a real pleasure to stay in an apartment that is tastefully designed and equipped by the owners as their all year round residence. Not only is the apartment very comfortable but it's location means the beach, surf shop/school, restaurants, small supermarket and bakers are all within an easy 5 minute walk. Even Hossegor town centre and lake is an easy 10-15 minute bike ride. Finally the owners were very helpful prior to arriving and welcoming, and available if necessary, during our stay. Highly recommended!

Strandurlaub mit der Familien

Wir waren im August 2024 zwei Wochen mit den Großeltern zusammen in Seignosse. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und die Außenanlage ist top gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten waren bei unserer Ankunft bereits bezogen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und einen Zeitschriftenladen direkt gegenüber. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten über eine Düne. Am Strand gibt es einen bewachten Bereich mit zwei Rettungsschwimmern. Nach Hossegor und Capreton braucht man ca. 10-15 min mit dem Auto. Es gibt hervorragend ausgebaute Radwege auf denen man die Umgebung erkunden kann. Direkt neben der Wohnung konnte man auch Fahrräder ausleihen. Da wir zum Saisonende da waren, war es sehr ruhig und der Strand, sowie die Orte Hossegor und Capreton waren nicht überlaufen. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Lage sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Seignosse, obwohl das Wetter nicht immer ganz mitgemacht hat. Die Lage war super, der Kontakt mit Rebecca nett und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung selber war sehr gut eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Garten an guter Lage

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in diesem tollen Appartement verbracht. Die Lage ist super und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im schönen grünen Garten konnte man wunderbar entspannen oder unter dem Olivenbaum ein Nickerchen machen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Weg zum Meer ist sehr kurz. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen und die Möglichkeit frisches Brot zu kaufen findet man auf der anderen Strassenseite. Das Zentrum von Seignosse oder Hossegoor kann man problemlos mit dem kostenlosen Bus erreichen. Die Gastgeberin Rébecca ist eine sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für die feinen Begrüssungsgeschenke.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Der Ersteindruck war ordentlich, geräumig und gemütlich. Dieser bestätigte sich mit der Zeit durch die Liebe zum Detail, die es sehr wohnlich und angenehm macht. Eine gute Ausstattung zu der eine Badewanne, große Dusche, gut ausgerüstete Küche, 2 Kinderzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer zählen sind nur ein Teil der Besonderheiten. Ebenso bietet es eine große Terrasse falls man einen Tag in der Wohnung verbringen möchte. Internet und ein guter Fernseher sind dafür ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung unbeschwert weiterempfehlen.

lieu de vacances trés agréable ,calme, espace fonctionnel décoré avec goût .Trés bonne literie,grande terrasse équipée (table, bain de soleil) . 10 mn à pieds de la plage des estagnots ( école de surf,sable à perte de vue,plage surveillé par crs ) tabac,boulangerie,épicerie,location vélo et surf à proximité le lac d'hossegor et à 15 mn a pied. un petit paradis pour les gens qui aiment vivre au calme proche de la nature et amoureux de l'océan comme nous qui aimerions louer l'an prochain . une mention toute particuliére pour l'acceuil , les propriétaires sont des personnes trés sympatiques.

Appartement en rez de jar...

Appartement en rez de jardin dans immeuble à 2 étages, traversant et disposant de deux terrasses avec verdure, salon de jardin et petit barbecue. Les photos et la description sont tout à fait conformes mais l'appartement est même mieux "en vrai" ! Idéalement situé : tout près de la belle plage de Seignosse, petite supérette et boulangerie. Voisinage sympathique et sans trop de nuisance. Intérieur propre, facile à vivre et à entretenir, et relativement frais (séjour en Août). Location à recommander sans hésiter avec une propriétaire très sympathique.
