Spacious four bedroom house on the top of Blye Hill in Newbury, overlooking beautiful Lake Sunapee. Enjoy the lake this summer with family and friends at the shared community grassy waterfront! Rarely available, now renting when not in use by owners.

The house has three common areas, optimal for spreading out.

The first floor has undergone a full renovation in 2023, perfect for hanging out - with cozy couches and connected TV, plenty of beds for kids or guests! This floor holds three bedrooms, one king and one queen, a room with two doubles both with trundles, and two newly renovated bathrooms (one full and one 3/4).

Upstairs on the main floor is the master bedroom and master bath, amazing living room and bonus family room with extraordinary views. Kitchen equipped with all you need for any kind of home cooked meal- two car garage and storage.
