This was perfect place to spend two days and night on the Island. The central location was ideal and the proximity to Morning Glory Farm made breakfast and shopping a breeze! The accommodations were prefect for two couples and our two children (under 2 and 4 years old). I highlight reccomend

We look forward to your next visit! Thank you Pete
I appreciate the attention to details in this home. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed (except toilet paper), which is common for the vineyard and we just didn’t plan well…lol. During our stay we realized how important it was to have a car because it is a hidden gem that is a little more than a mile from anything and Uber is expensive and not that reliable. Other than that it was fantastic

Thank you for your honest feedback. I will make sure to have toilet paper going forward to make my future guest feel more at home upon their arrival. I am happy you had a fabulous time while staying at our home. You are welcomed back anytime.

This beautiful home easily fit our group of 6. The homeowner was quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond accommodating a couple requests we made. Great location as well.
Our first visit to MV was hosted here. The location was very good - a 10 minute drive into downtown Edgartown, another ten minutes to Katama South Beach. The Morning Glory Farm store was three minutes' drive, right down the road.
The house is in a subdivision of small new houses. The property is quiet, but close enough to neighbors that you can hear them if they are out on their decks playing music. Small lawns front and back, with a separate garage [not part of the deal] and a comfortable shaded back deck. Gas BBQ right next to the deck.
The house itself is charming, if small. The kitchen was fine for us - simple and usable, not lux. [On our stay the fridge died. The owner acted swiftly and got a new one within a day. We were very grateful. ] Living-dining is fine too, with a big TV with lots of internet options.
The biggest problem to the house was the bathrooms. There is one powder room on the ground floor and one full bathroom on the second floor. This made it tight for us. The bedrooms are fine, though for a house this big the principal bedroom was too big - the house would be more useful if it had another bedroom.
The house is clean and in good condition, well maintained and pretty new. Wall mounted Mitsubishi-type AC units work well and make the house comfortable.
The owner was very flexible - we had numerous changes to our arrival and departure times, which she accommodated with no fuss. And as noted above, she was very responsive to a problem with the house.
My friends and I loved staying at L.A’s place! The house was very clean and easy to locate. L.A. was very nice, responsive to contact and was able to accommodate us for a late check out as well.
