A Perfect vacation condo on the 3rd floor with a cozy double balcony and a beautiful view of the golf course and surrounding area. Recently renovated kitchen, soft close- cabinets, granite countertops glass tile backsplash & new stainless appliances. Ceiling fans throughout. Fiber optics TV flat screens, internet, washer & dryer. Moments away from great restaurants. Centered between Naples & Ft Myers in a gated community for your safety! Miles of paths for walking through multiple lakes and pristine natural preserves. and or bike riding throughout one of the most beautiful gated communities located in Bonita Springs Florida! Due to the COVID crisis the beach shuttle will not be available for the 2020-21 season.. The private beach club is limiting the number of guests per day. You must choose a time session...either 8::30-12:00, 12:30-4:30 or 5:30-9:30 details on sign up will be available to all guests. When you are at the beach keep your eyes open for dolphins and manatees swimming in the warm gulf waters

Gladys loves to design projects and me well... that's the honey-do list she creates for me. We both are retired me semi. Gladys spends time in the apartment as you can see from the photos of her decorating skills, creating an environment that matches the qualities we have in our home While I organize the construction projects like the kitchen renovation. Golfing is my second job while Gladys enjoys the family and DIY projects. We feel our property is furnished to the likings that we have in our home , for our vacation renters.

The property is a corner unit on the 3rd floor with a balcony that wraps around in a L shape. access from the living room or master bedroom. Much attention has been paid to the renovations and furnishings assuring a comfortable stay for 4 individuals. Restaurants and shopping areas are walking distance from this unit. Bonita Bay has secure patrolling of the properties and being a gated community assures safety during your stay.
What makes this property unique
There is a Pool & Jacuzzi within a few minutes of walking distance from the elevator. There are grills available if you choose to have a cookout. At the private beach there also are grills that are available if you choose to make a day at the beach with dinner and a lovely Southwest Florida Sunset to end your day in paradise!
