Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort. Bonita Bay offers many amenities that are open to our guests. Wild Pines has a pool, clubhouse, kayaks, Pickleball, and tennis courts. The clubhouse has a refrigerator, grill, tables, and restrooms. The Bonita Bay Beach Club is a newly renovated private club for enjoying the sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Bonita Bay provides a free shuttle service (Nov.-April), Beach lounge chairs, and umbrellas provided by the club. The club's facilities include restrooms, showers, shaded picnic pavilions, grills, and a lunch caterer.

This end unit features a completely renovated open-concept floor plan with a large lanai overlooking a beautiful lake. The master suite has a king-size bed, bath, and flat-screen TV, with a private entrance to the lanai. The guest bedroom has twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a king), a private bath, a TV, and pocket doors for sectioning off. The living room has sliding glass doors that can open up 12 ft. wide to access the lanai and provide a view of the palm trees and lake. High-speed internet and Wifi are available. The new Kitchen includes cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances. The living area has new flooring and furniture. The primary as well as the guest bathroom have also been renovated.

We have 2 bicycles for touring the gated 2,400 acre (3.75 sq. miles, 9.7 sq km) Bonita Bay Community with 12 miles of award-winning bike trails, nature areas, luxury condominiums, villas, and multi-million dollar homes. Also, enjoy the use of a fishing pier, walking nature trails, a butterfly garden, a picnic area, playgrounds as well as a boardwalk to Estero Bay in Estero Bay Park. In Spring Creek Park, enjoy nature trails for hiking and use of free canoes. Riverwalk Park has a 12-station fitness trail, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, bocce ball court, playground, picnic area, cooking grills, storage for canoes and boat launch with boat docks. Bonita Bay Marina has a great place to dine called Backwater Jacks overlooking the boats. Recommend a reservation.

Just a short walk away is upscale shopping, fine dining, a variety of restaurants, and shops at the Promenade just outside the entrance to Bonita Bay. A short drive away are additional places to shop and eat in Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and the Florida Everglades to enhance your vacation experience.

The condo is located approximately 20 minutes south of the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) 5 day minimum stay.

This was probably the nicest rental we have stayed at Wild Pines in Bonita Bay. Nicely renovated, easy access in and out, access to beach was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Wild Pines wonderful stay

This unit at Wild Pines in Bonita Bay was well kept and stocked with everything needed. Nice corner area of the building with excellent view of the water off the large lanai porch. Great to have the bikes to ride around the area.

Bonita Bay

We spent two weeks in this lovely condo. Our favorite place was the lanai with a nice view of the pond and a front row for the active birds, squirrels, turtles, and even an alligator. All the essentials are there, and the location is great for dining. I also enjoyed the walking / biking trails and available bikes.

Wild Pines is Wonderful

I stayed for 2 weeks & it was a very quiet neighborhood. The pool is very nice & the people within the neighborhood are super friendly. The photos are very accurate. The only thing you should be aware of is that the Birds/Wildlife are loud in the morning hours. The woodpeckers are incredible. But after the first few days, I was used to it & found it fascinating. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic Home and Location

My husband and I stayed in Amy's home for 5 nights. It was extremely comfortable, great views of the water on the lanai ( peaceful), quiet, nice neighbors, all beds were excellent, EVERYTHING we needed was there for our use; just like home. This was our second trip to this condo in Bonita Bay. We would not hesitate to visit again. The condo is lovely, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the screened lanai is beautiful. We also took advantage of the uncrowded pool at the property. Bonita Bay is a gorgeous gated community with miles of bike/walking paths with lush landscaping. Paradise!

We loved this condo in Wild Pines! Condo was updated, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Bonita Bay is a gorgeous community--enjoyed walking along the miles of beautifully landscaped paths when we weren't relaxing by the pool or bird watching on the fantastic lanai overlooking the pond. We didn't take advantage of the bikes or the beach shuttle this trip--but may on future stays. Awesome!

Beautiful community, good location

This was a pleasant condo property with a lovely screen porch and view. Most basic necessities were available. Check in and entry was easy even in this gated community. Owner is very careful about keeping the condo and furnishings clean while you stay. The beach area is via shuttle and the general area of the beach is still recovering from hurricane damage. The condo area and gated community are lovely. Easy access onto 41 for quick trips to shopping and restaurants.

Bonita Bay vacation

The condo in the Bonita bay community was absolutely beautiful. It was pretty, comfortable and well equipped. What a beautiful location! Our one disappointment was that we booked it with the expectation of enjoying the private beach club which was closed for renovations beginning the day we arrived. The nearby public beaches have very limited parking and not the best restrooms. We did not have the beach experience we were expecting.

Lodging during Ian disaster

We were very happy to have a lovely and peaceful place to stay while in Bonita for the very sad discovery that our moms place wasn't salvageable due to Ian's destruction. It was a busy and emotional week trying to salvage what we could. Amy was a wonderful host and responded to all inquiries very quickly. Their condo is very nice and we'd love to stay there again while actually vacationing.

The place needs a little attention. bathroom was broken, the guest bedroom light didn't work. The ice maker was broken. The bed was very comfortable. And also the living room. The checkout wants you to was all the linens or there will be an extra charge. Which is unusual. I normally just need to strip the linens. How can they be sure they were washed. The host was very responsive and way to work with.

Peaceful, beautiful location.

This condo is newly updated, very attractive, and located in a quiet, lovely development. The lanai is exceptional - spacious, serene and beautiful - and the kitchen is well outfitted. Along with the condo, the owners provide beach towels, coolers, insulated drink cups, nice bikes, and an easy code in/out (so no need for keys). Along with the nearby pool and hot tub, as guests, you also have free access to the development's additional property on Bonita Beach with beach loungers, chairs, umbrellas, restrooms, fresh water, and food trucks. (Or, just walk down the beach to Doc's for drinks and food.) The beach property is accessible via free shuttles that go back and forth every hour; the owner leaves the card for you in the condo. Every restaurant that we wanted to go to was within 10 minutes of the condo, and the owners even left a binder with condo and restaurant information for guests. This was our first visit to Bonita Springs and this property, and we will happily return to both! Highly recommend.

Rent this condo - you won’t regret it!

Amy was great to correspond with and has done an excellent job of providing a well-equipped unit! When we booked her condo, we knew that there were amenities outside of the unit but we had no idea that we would be in the midst of a multi-million dollar resort. It has so much to offer and has been excellently maintained. It is tucked away like a hidden gem but very convenient to everything. Amy was very responsive to the questions that we had when we arrived and was always pleasant to deal with. The condo lanai is a very special place….it was sometimes a struggle for us to get up from the comfort of the lanai and be productive because we so enjoyed the serenity of the lake and all of the surrounding nature sounds. The Wild Pines community is also nice because it has its own pool, grills and tennis courts. If you love to sunbathe, you may want to stake your poolside claim early…we were often there between 930 and 10 in the morning and it wasn’t long until we had lots of friends surrounding us. You will not regret your stay there!

John and I have owned our condo in Bonita Bay Resort for 12 years. We fell in love with the community when visiting family that lived in Lost Lake. We have been vacationing in Bonita Springs and Naples for over 15 years and know the area well. We have three children: twin girls, ages 29; a son, age 26, and a dog named Daisy. John owns an advertising agency called Twin Advertising, named after the girls. I am a former teacher keeping very busy selling Real Estate. We love to stay active, running, biking and yoga.

We are thrilled to share our special place with you and hope that you will enjoy it as much as us and choose to return again. We appreciate feedback of any kind on your stay.

Why they chose this property

We chose Bonita Bay after years of visiting family that also live in Bonita Bay. The property is so beautiful and and well maintained. The trails, marina and private beach were too wonderful to pass up. We are happy to share the experience with others and frequent it ourselves to visit family and get away from the snow in upstate New York.

What makes this property unique

The Private beach club, with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided, clean bathrooms, a pavilion, and a chef available. A shuttle bus runs to and from every half hour in season (Nov.-April). Bonita Bay has beautiful biking trails, canoes, a bocci course, parks for bird watching, and a pier for fishing, and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our condominium's expansive lanai overlooks a beautiful, serene lake. The condo is loaded with everything you need. Towels, beach towels, cooking supplies, etc.
