Great place for your family and friends to come together for a vacation. Enjoy the salty air and listen to the crashing waves from one of the two decks. This beautiful home has six bedrooms, 4 full baths, an open floorplan, and just steps from the beach.

Wifi available, but no cable TV. TVs are equipped to connect with your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.). TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and 3 of the 5 bedrooms.

Large dining table, patio table with chairs, and counter with bar stools to accommodate larger groups.

great spot for a group stay

We felt right at home here. The white towels had been washed but had makeup stains on them, and a few roaches had made their way into the downstairs bedrooms, but overall it was a lovely place!

This house was large enough for our family and stocked with everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was the best part. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating.

Great family beach stay

The location was so ideal with younger kids. The 5 minute walk to the beach was great. The house had plenty of space, well supplied, and perfect for our needs. Yolanda was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would hope to stay again!

Family beach vacation

We had 9 adults and 3 children under 11 in this house. We had plenty of space and relaxed both indoors and outdoors on the balconies. We found everything we needed including in the kitchen. It’s a short walk to the beach access point. Check-in and check-out were so easy. We had a great time and would rent this house again.

flies were a problem at the outdoor entryway and would get in the house everytime someone opened the door. We did get an insect repellent spray and use it in the entryway which helped a bit.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely great for our family of 12. The beach is literally across the street.2 great bars in walking distance as well as an ice cream/funnel cake store.we were a 5 minute drive from our fishing trip also.The house is roomy and comfortable.The host had excellent communication.we will definitely stay next year.

Hillbilly christmas

Property was perfect. My family of myself, husband, 4 “kids” (all in their 20’s) and their +1’s and one year old grandbaby had a great time. Very quiet area, very spacious interior, beach right across the street and comfortable. Appreciate the little conveniences.

Overall good place since we’ve been there three times in the past four summers. Worth noting that the property for the amount of money and increase over the past four years deserves a touch up! Dishwasher doesn’t clean hardly, glasses are dirty and filmy. Otherwise we enjoy the place

Great location...

Home just as shown in photos. Plenty of space for our multi-family get together. Communication with Carolina Realty was excellent. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water, easy walk to the beach. Loved the porch space. Issues were the cookware was cheap and knives etc were not in very good shape ( this wasnt serious to us), and had trouble with getting ac to be the same across all floors, some folks were too hot while on another floor folks were freezing. Maybe we missed some info on calibrating...but we were out & about mostly so only troubled us at night. Would still rent again and recommend.

Fabulous home!

We loved this beautiful house. It was spacious with room to gather as a group or separate into your own private space. We loved the deck space. The kitchen was great and well equipped. The house was close to the beach with chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to tote it all there. The only thing I would suggest is more towels. There were no beach towels and only 1 bath towel per person. We flew in from out of town and didn’t bring towels with us so we had to find a store and buy some beach towels.

Great house, walk across street to beach

This was a very nicely furnished house, the living room couch and chairs and dining table, the hardwood floors were like new. Only the rugs need cleaning/replacing due to spots and dirt. Property is just across the street from public beach access! There is view of the beach from the front of the house and balconies! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc. There were beach chairs in the storage area. The few issues and questions we had were immediately addressed by the owners. Great stay!

Graduation Get Away

The trio was for my Daughter's HS graduation. Two out of town friends and their moms came with us. Communication with Yolanda was great. We happened to get there a little early to grab some sun before ckeckin. She allowed us to park at the condo while we took in some sun. The condo was great! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. Kids enjoyed the games in the evenings while the moms had adult beverages while sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. All linens were provided, and having shampoo conditioner and body wash was great as we forgot to bring ours. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking tools and pans. Closet with boogie boards umbrellas chairs and beach toys. Definitely felt like home away from home. I have already recommended this great get away location to my neighbors and friends. Thank you Yolanda for a spectacular stay!.

Overall the layout, location, and quality of the property was good-- better than many VRBO experiences. There were a few little glitches that you may want to fix/look into: 1. Dishwasher stopped working mid-week ( appreciate the cleaning rebate after we called) 2. The grill has one burner intermittent. We tried it twice without success, then it worked the third day. 3. corner, lower cabinet ( right side of the sink) is only hooked in by one hinge. These are detail items that you may not even be aware of, but they did not detract from the enjoyable stay

Lovely place

We (8 men) were here for a 4-day tennis tournament and enjoyed staying here. Hurricane Nicole kept us in for more than a day, but we had a good time indoors playing games and catching up on some Netflix shows. We especially enjoyed the balcony and we got a decent view of the ocean thanks to an open lot (which may be gone soon). The rooms were tidy and well maintained. We needed to bring our own linens and such, but we were prepared. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. The icing on the cake - we won our tournament. Yay!!!

Fantastic Family-Friendly Option

If available, we I’ll stay here again! The house is as described but a bit better! The hosts are so friendly and communicative, prime location- the neighborhood is very family-friendly but a walk/Uber to the super lively part of town, *across the street* from a fantastic beach access, house has great balconies and well-provisioned. We also loved that the Jack and Jill bathrooms had WCs so someone could brush their teeth while others were showering in privacy. Message the hosts with questions, they are so helpful and kind! Our family had 5 couples and two kids (5&8)- worked perfect for us.
