Property updates: All new mattresses and bathrooms have been completely renovated and vinyl flooring has been replaced throughout with modern ceramic tile. Also, new furnishings and artwork help set that perfect beach vacation mood! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs (32-inch in each bedroom and 55-inch in the living room), Blu-Ray, Keurig, and WiFi.

This unit is fresh and clean. All updates such as TV and kitchen, beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal. Short walk to beach and shops as well as quiet and someone secluded added to a relaxing stay. The outdoor furniture and porch provided for a quiet place to have a drink and meal.

Great location and set up!! Loved the layout and updated of condo. Although did have a musty smell, I think you need to change filters in the ac unit. Toilet in the master bath needs fix, seal is broken. Could have used some hand towels and wash clothes and more garbage bags!

Great place - terrible mattress

The condo and community are amazing. The condo was relatively modern with nice entertainment. There was a spacious deck. The mattresses in the bedrooms were terrible. Very uncomfortable. The plumbing and HVAC were very noisy. Ever step made by anyone on the floor above could be heard the entire week.

Perfect spot, convenient and has everything we needed

We loved it and will come again! The house was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed! Great amenities. Access from beach to pools and bathrooms was a HUGE bonus. The rental company and owners were great!
