This well appointed home boasts 1826 square feet of contemporary design, in both furnishings and decor. It is truly an entertainers delight, both inside and outside.

The home has a great room open feel, between the kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen is a cooks dream, with modern stainless steel appliances, gas stove/cooktop, granite counter tops, and all the cookware, utensils and serving ware needed to entertain on a casual or formal basis.

There is an 80” Smart LCD Flat Screen HDTV in the Living Room; 70” Smart LCD Flat Screen HDTV in the Master Bedroom and 60” LCD Smart Flat Screen HDTV in the 2nd Bedroom.

Bay windows in both the Dining and Master Bedrooms offer up spectacular views of the golf course, as well as provide a light and bright feel to the room.

Full walk-in shower in the master bathroom, with a walk-in shower also in secondary bathroom.

The outside features a cozy seating area, patio dining, stainless steel barbeque island, with seating for 4 and a sunken fire pit that seats 8 comfortably.

The home comes with the use of a Club Car Electric Golf Cart.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close enough to go towards Tucson or Phoenix for activities as well as having plenty to do closer. It unfortunately got hot as far as temps go for March so we didn’t get to do everything we hoped to.

Bill's place is top notch and is located in a very convenient location to access the clubhouse, sports complex, swimming pools, restaurant, tennis courts and ultimately the golf course. People are very friendly and helpful. Course was perfect for all skill levels. Communication with Bill was easy, and he was always there to answer any questions we had. Perfect Host.

Even better than we hoped!

Loved the house, the host, Robson Ranch. Lovely nights and mornings outside, cool afternoons inside when we weren’t playing tennis or pickleball, swimming, doing yoga. Views over golf course, saw a coyote there one night. Everyone very friendly and helpful; host too. Hoping to repeat rent ASAP!

Everything we needed was at this property. Outdoor cooking with as sitting area that had a natural gas fireplace and a beautiful view of the gold course and sunsets. Use of the golf cart made it very easy and fun to get around. Bill was very quick in answering any questions we had by email. Thank you for everything Bill.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay in AZ. Easy to get to Phoenix, Tucson and surrounding areas. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We cooked most of our own meals and found plenty of dishes and cook/bakeware for our needs. The backyard patio with fire pit was so enjoyable after a day of golf or hiking, etc. Included golf cart was a real plus, as well as the amenities of the golf course and pools. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
