Our thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by the fires.

Suite #6 (400 +/- Sq Ft) is on the lower level. It features a spacious, private bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, hotel grade linens, and a well-appointed bathroom. The living area includes a pullout sofa (for kids-only), and an HD 4K Smart TV. The kitchen provides everything needed for gourmet meal preparation and has a peninsula that seats 2. This Suite is beautifully decorated to complement and highlight the stunning location. Experience magical sunsets, the rhythm of crashing waves, and unobstructed ocean views all from the oceanfront lounge/sundecks, just steps from your front door. All Suites enjoy free wireless internet, private beach access and one Free on-site parking space.

Lovely Trip!

Every thing was just as expected ~ on the water! The pier a short walk away with great restaurants, and shopping close by made our trip relaxing and just right!

Wonderful stay and they were attentive. I only took one star off because it could have been more upfront that there was not a water view from inside condo. A beach lover's dream

You can't get any better than this location in Malibu for a beach getaway. Perfectly situated on Carbon Beach near great restaurants and even next door to Nobu Restaurant. The furnishings are lovely, great bedding, fabulous shared deck where I spent an entire day just lounging and listening to the waves. This place is a great find and I'll definitely return!

A great unit in a special location...

We stayed in Suite 6 for our 2-day mini-moon. I am always nervous about misrepresentation on these listings, but I can assure you - this property is just as it is promoted online. The location is awesome and easy to access from PCH. The building itself is in good condition and well maintained, especially considering how close it is to the water. The building is situated at the back of the property; so none of the units are directly exposed to PCH. Suite 6 is at the front of the building - and parking is directly outside the front gate. As soon as you walk through the gate, you have a beautiful view of the ocean!! The landscape is well done throughout and the outdoor furniture was in good condition. The unit itself was great. Small bathroom -- but adequate for a beach vacation. The bedroom was spacious and there was a nice big closet. The living space was comfortable and the kitchen was clean and fine for a short vacation. The shared outdoor deck is awesome; great for people watching and catching some rays. Beach access was easy and its a really nice stretch of beach; not crowded due to private properties and private businesses on either side (Nobu/SoHo House). The pier is just a quick walk on the beach and up a staircase. No PCH noise; however, the bedroom window of this unit is on the side where guests access the beach - so there is a bit of foot-traffic/noise there - no more than a hotel hallway. We kept our shade drawn and it was fine. Communication with property management was good - they were responsive both here on VRBO and via text. Check-in and check-out was as simple as getting an access code for the door and locking it behind us when we left. Our unit - which did not have a direct ocean view/private outdoor space - felt like a beachfront unit as the shared patio (which we never saw anyone else using) is 15 steps from the front door. We highly recommend this property and will look forward to future stays!
